A perfectly situated, totally refurbished apartment with full air conditioning. It is on the 2nd floor with no lift, but the staircase is wide and shallow as there are half landings, which make it very easy to negotiate. The apartment has two, equal size, double bedrooms, A bed for a 5th person can be provided for with an air mattress. The apartment has free Wifi, 42" HD TV, Blue Ray player with a large selection of movie discs and cd's. Fully equipped American Kitchen with Hob, Microwave Oven, Dish Washer, Washer Dryer, Fridge and small freezer compartment. Oak dining table and seating for 6 people. English owned and it is our second home. Ample storage space for clothing and suitcases. In the bathroom there are his and hers wash hand basins, a shower cubicle, wc and corner bath (Unusual for French apartments). There is also a separate wc, convenient for 2 but essential for 4 or more people. The bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment facing a courtyard area which is very quiet so undisturbed sleep with the windows open at night is possible. From one of the lounge windows you can see the entrance to the recently opened Coulee Verte. Place Garibaldi is the center hub for Cafes, transport, both Buses and Tramway to Airport, Station, Monaco and many other places en route. The location has the advantage of being close to the Old Town without the late night noise from partying revelers. If you like fresh seafood then the world famous Cafe de Turin is in the next building, book early to avoid disappointment. The double glazed windows are really efficient in blocking out any noise from outside, so you can enjoy the apartment in total peace and quiet.

Retired ex builder, absolutely love the South of France, Nice especially. So many excellent restaurants and a lovely place to explore especially the Old Town and the surrounding villages. So close to the mountains for winter skiing and plenty to see and do in the town itself. It took me a long time to find my apartment and it was worth the wait. I bought two 1 bed places and created a one 2 Bed apartment. As it was refurbished by a Marchand du Bien French builder the quality was assured and I had a lot of my own designs incorporated in the rebuild. The location was paramount as I wanted peace and quiet to sleep at night but be close enough to the action when I wanted it. Place Garibaldi is the center hub for tram and bus transport for the Airport, Railway Station, Cannes and Monaco. Belle, as we call it, ticked all the boxes and the name suits the apartment, Beautiful.

Why Brindsley Wright chose Old Town
Is perfectly located on the edge of the Old Town away from the noisy late night street revelers but close enough to enjoy and explore the narrow streets with many shops and restaurants. It is only paces from Place Garibaldi which, in my opinion is the coolest square in Nice.
What makes this Apartment unique
The apartment is dual aspect so the bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment facing a private courtyard, so it is very quiet at night and possible to sleep undisturbed with the windows open. The bathroom, as well as a separate shower, has a corner bath, quite unique for french apartments.

Great apartment in a beautiful city (listing description was spot on). Central location (Promenade de Arts) & close to lots of eateries, shops, transpo. A/C a blessing during hot summer. Some minor glitches but immediately remedied by owner and his local agent. With teens and varied eating habits, the variety of eateries available was great. We cooked our own meals fairly often too. Walkable distance to Promenade des Anglais, cours Saleya, etc. Took public transpo to surrounding cities (Cannes, Monte Carlo, Grasse, Milan, etc..)
Would highly recommend this place, and if we ever go back to Nice, we would rent this place again! Brin and Roxana were fairly easy to contact and very friendly too. Again would recommend this place unconditionally!!

Great value for the price
I was in Nice for Ironman France. This apartment gave me ample space to prepare and recover from my race, and it's close enough to walk to the start line (I took an Uber to conserve energy however race morning). The location is ideal and the restaurant below is fantastic. I had my two year old daughter and wife with me, and they loved it as well.
The apartment was everything we needed and more!
First and foremost you can’t beat the location of this place. Charming narrow streets with shops and cafes and gelato right out your doorstep. The apartment is well equipped with all you need to cook at home although you wouldn’t need to!! It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the promenade and the beach with many grocery stores and markets along the way. Our kids loved the giant park and water fountain play area directly across the street from home. Air conditioning was a blessing and having both a shower and bathtub was a plus with us and our kids. Nice is a bustling place with music, lively squares, amazing architecture, and an active beach scene. We enjoyed our holiday and can’t wait to return!

The apartment was lovely, nice and spacious, nicely decorated and right at the edge of the old city. There was plenty of room for our little family of 3.
Roxanna was great at getting us settled in and was flexible enough to let us check out a little late and leave our bags in the apartment on our last day since out flight was in the evening. They provided a pack and play for the baby (for a small fee). Bedrooms were tiny but beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was also small but had everything you needed and worked very well for us. Air conditioning was major plus as it was quite humid in nice when we were there (early June). Washer was a nice convenience but dryer took forever (guess that's what you get with a 2 in 1?). There is a grocery store right across the street which was awesome, especially with a baby. Restaurants right downstairs and 1 block from Rene Socca, the famous Socca spot (which is delicious btw). It was very quiet despite being on a busy street with a train.
Would definitely book again, highly recommend.

A small place that is still roomy. Two bedrooms with two double beds, one full bathroom and one WC. A well supplied kitchen (but no oven) and plenty of towels. The location is great, right above Cafe De Turin and next to Place Giribaldi. There is a Monoprix directly across the street. We will be back. Super easy checkin too.

The location is unbeatable, close to the tram, the supermarket the port, just walk to everything and the apartments decoration is so beautiful. you can tell this was put together with love and it is a pleasure to stay at this apartment.

Place Garibaldi is one of the two main squares in Nice. It is bordered with many cafes including the world famous Cafe de Turin for freshly caught shell fish. It is close to the Port and conveniently placed on the edge of the Old Town. Across the street is the entrance to the recently opened La Coulee Verte gardens, which is a pleasant stroll to Place Massena and then on to the Promenade.

Sorry No Pets or Smoking in the apartment. For short term lets of 10 nights or more a mid term clean and change of linen and towels is compulsory. The fee for this is 100 euros and is to be paid directly to my apartment manager Roxana on the day of the service. For longer lettings this service is carried out fortnightly at a fixed cost of 100 euros per service for the duration of the let.
