Great stay for our annual guy's trip. House was very clean, gave us plenty of room to spread out. Game room was perfect for watching college football. Would definitely book again.

The Lakehouse

The property was beautiful and we had an amazing trip. The house was spectacular and our family would definitely visit again. The game room was great at night to hangout as a family.

This is the best VRBO property that I’ve rented and I’ve rented many. When we weren’t fishing and swimming we were relaxing in the game room. Comfortable furniture and very clean home. It had everything we needed and more. The view of the lake can’t be beat. It was incredibly quiet and relaxing . Fires and smores at night and coffee by the lake in the morning. I’m already looking forward to staying here again next summer.

Our stay was great! Quiet and peacful with a lot of great fishing. Enjoyed cooking our own meals on the grill and playing sports with the family!

Family Summer Getaway

This is our family’s second time staying here. We had a blast kayaking, fishing, swimming, exploring, relaxing by the campfire and visiting with family. Very comfortable stay and a great location. Looking forward to coming again!

Our stay at the Reservoir was so much fun! The house was just right for our family group. We had everything we needed in the house. We really loved the recreation room and air conditioning as it was very hot weather during our stay. We all got to improve our Pool game too! There was plenty of water fun, with kayaks provided and we were able to bring our boat , the dock worked perfectly. Great communication with our host. I would definitely recommend this property for a fun getaway.

Beautiful property!

This house is located on a very beautiful piece of property on the reservoir. The outside amenities were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. The property manager allowed us early entry as well which was a bonus!

Great Place

Been having our annual fishing trip at this residence for the past 5 years. The property is spacious both inside and out, and with the inclusion of the new game room, makes rainy days managable. The host is very responsive and the views are amazing. Highly recommend.

Exceeded Expectations

The pictures do not do this place justice. A beautiful home, with the best views. Peaceful, and perfect for some family time, and recharging. Kayaks were a nice bonus.

Great spot right on the water.

Been coming here for the past few years. The owner is accommodating and communicative, providing all of the details ahead of the trip. The house is large with great views of the reservoir, and the outside area is large enough for games or just hanging by the shore. Highly recommend.

Upstate escape

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The property has everything you could think of apart from your choice of food and beverage. This is a large property with plenty of space to get away, whether that be from people in general or just some quiet time to read. We loved the sunrises next to the water with a cup of coffee and fishing from the dock.

Perfect labor day getaway

Our family loved this place! Short drive to sylvan beach, we were lucky enough that the town was having an Olde home days we went to. It was a perfect quiet spot on the lake. We would looooove to go back! If you get a chance visit this house. If we had known it was ATV country we would have brought ours! We loved it, felt right at home and the house was sooo spacious for 7 Thanks for letting us stay!

Hard to find a better spot in upstate NY

My buddies and I have been getting a cabin every Fall for our Guy’s weekend going on 10 years now. We go all over NY state with a new spot every years. This is the first property we went back to a second time. The amenities, the owners, the location, beauty, and price has this place as one of the all time best in upstate New York!
