About Vacasa, OR - Portland / Willamette Valley Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wifes family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Sisters' Weekend at the Farm House

 • 5 of 5

Four sisters flew in from Denver to visit the fifth sister in McMinnville for an art gallery show. The Farm House was the perfect size, the location was breathtaking. We watched mama & baby horse out the windows while we drank our morning coffee. We each took our turn on the swing in the backyard. The house was so lovely, comfortable & inviting that we stayed in & cooked dinner the second night. We are already talking about the next visit !!!

Charming and comfortable

 • 5 of 5

The house has a very nice clean remodel! Furnishings are very comfortable and suit the places wonderfully. We were there for work and it was a pleasure to come back to the house at the end of a long day.

Wonderful Wine Country Weekend Get Away

 • 5 of 5

We woke each morning to a horse in the field outside the breakfast nook, while we enjoyed our breakfast. The kitchen and dining room has more than you ever want for a friends and family meal. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The only down side was it is close to a busy road and there is lots of weekend traffic. A return visit is on our to-do list.

Clean, the pictures matched the real thing. Lots of room. Away from the crowds in town Each morning there was a horse just outside the window. Flowers were beginning to bloom. There is even a swing off the deck.
