About Vacasa, OR - Portland / Willamette Valley Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wifes family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Cool farmhouse

We loved this house nestled in the heart of wine country between McMinnville and Amity. The highway out front posed no issue for us, noise or otherwise. I would gladly stay at "The Farmhouse" again.

This Place is a Gem

 • 5 of 5

This home is a wonderful mix of spacious and cozy, vintage and modern, rural and urban. It is HUGE. We had everything we needed and then some. The kids enjoyed the games, and we were all amused by the laundry chute. I will book this home again when I go back to McMinnville.

Amazing house! Perfect for our family!

 • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved this house! I love old, red brick houses and this one is no exception. The owner has decorated with antique furniture that really added to the enjoyment of staying here. The living room has an antique sofa, beautiful coffee table, grandfather clock, and rocking chairs. Each of the bedrooms is furnished with antique beds, (what appear to be) hand made quilts, and antique dressers and decorations. There are pictures on the walls of race horses that have been raised on the property and some hand painted art as well. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and new counter tops. There are beautifully refinished hardwood floors throughout. It was also nice to arrive and find fresh cut flowers in various rooms in the house. The backyard has a nice porch with table and chairs to sit and relax. The hundred year old maple tree also has a large swing (like you might see in Anne of Green Gables) that the kids and adults enjoyed swinging on. The tree is so large that riding on the swing felt more like flying. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice relaxing stay.

This is the cutest house ever! Antique furnishings, high ceilings, fresh cut flowers, updated kitchen, plenty of towels, soap, etc. The owner added a new heat pump/ AC so the temperature is very comfortable. There are toys and games for the kids and adults. Wonderful house!
