We were very happy with this VRBO house. It was clean, had three bedrooms, washer and dryer, and a functional TV (it was football season). Plenty of seating outside including a couple of decks and was about a twenty minute walk or less to downtown McMinnville. Downtown McMinnville is really hopping now with restaurants, galleries, and wine tasting rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for us.

This was our 2nd stay. Janet's rental is 5 minutes from my son and grandsons, so location is perfect for us. The neighborhood is quiet, walking distance to Linfield College as well as some dining options and downtown. The home is extremely well appointed with cooking items to include seasonings, some condiments and even children's plates. Our 1.5 year old grandson remembered the toy closet. We were able to watch the boys overnight and play in the safe fenced backyard. For our needs, we couldn't ask for a better location or nicer home.We are trying to visit the kids twice per year and hope that Janet's place is available next time too!

This was a lovely home to stay in — from the luxurious sheets, towels and beds, to the nice touches (a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge, coffee and creamer), it was just a nice home to stay in. It was clean and quiet and the owner was very communicative. The only thing that could be improved was the TV — it is quite old, small and didn’t work very well. Not a huge deal, but I think we are all very used to big TVs now and this one felt very out of place in the otherwise very well appointed home.

The great room and kitchen with it's stainless steel appliances and stone aggregate counter give it an up to date feel. The beds are well appointed and comfortable with air condition and great room. Decks off of 2 of the bedrooms are spacious and inviting. I hope you find my home to your liking as well.
