Why Janet Romasco chose Willamette Valley

This property has been in the family for years and has been extensively remodeled.

What makes this house unique

The river rock and stone accents on the garage and entry stairs give the home a 'vacation' feel right off. As you enter the front door my eyes are drawn to the pebble entry surface, the bamboo hardwood floors, then up to the high ceilings. The great room and kitchen with it's stainless steel appliances and stone aggregate counter give it an up to date feel. The beds are well appointed and comfortable. Decks off of 2 of the bedrooms are spacious and inviting. I hope you find my home to your liking as well.

Perfect location for exploring wine country!

  • 5 of 5

We had two couples staying here and couldn't be happier with the home. It was close to the restaurants in McMinnville and just a short drive to wineries in several towns. The house was clean, quiet and had a fully stocked kitchen with spices and condiments so we could prepare some meals there. We were even surprised with a bottle of wine and breakfast fixings in the refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again next time we visit the area!

We loved our stay!

We had a great time here! The house is great, clean and very close to all the cute shops and restaurants. Beds are really comfortable and every bedroom has an air conditioner and ceiling fan, perfect for hot summer days. We stayed here for the eclipse and had a blast. Janet was very flexible with check out time which we are very thankful for giving all the traffic after the eclipse. Did I mentiom we had a bottle of wine and muffins upon arrival? Highly recommended!

Lovely home, would stay here again

The house is newly renovated, clean and a nice yard. The only downside is the location in relation to downtown, it's a mile walk with intermittent sidewalks.

We were so happy to have a great spot close to downtown and the wineries.

The house is laid out really well. If we had more time and it weren't so hot, we would have spent lots of time in the beautiful back yard. Thankfully the AC was good! Everything is well stocked, including muffins, blueberries and chilled wine in the fridge. Perfect! I will highly recommend the house to anyone needing a sizeable place in McMinnville.

What a charming home! Very clean and nicely appointed.

We traveled to McMinville for Cycle Oregon and stayed at this very nice home. Location was perfect as town was just a few blocks north and Lindfield College where the event was held was just a few blocks west. I have stayed at many VRBO locations and this was one of the best. The owner provided delicious muffins, some fruit and eggs for breakfast and She even left us a lovely bottle of wine! I can't think of a negative thing to say and would highly recommend this wonderful house.
