Why Janet Romasco chose Willamette Valley

This property has been in the family for years and has been extensively remodeled.

What makes this house unique

The river rock and stone accents on the garage and entry stairs give the home a 'vacation' feel right off. As you enter the front door my eyes are drawn to the pebble entry surface, the bamboo hardwood floors, then up to the high ceilings. The great room and kitchen with it's stainless steel appliances and stone aggregate counter give it an up to date feel. The beds are well appointed and comfortable. Decks off of 2 of the bedrooms are spacious and inviting. I hope you find my home to your liking as well.

The house is really nicely remodeled and the beds are super comfortable. It's also a perfect distance to walk into town.

Perfect place to stay

  • 5 of 5

This is one of the nicest VRBO's I've stayed in. It was incredibly clean, neat, well organized and absolutely everything you might possibly need was there, and more!! Lovely setting with a couple of decks and private space/yard.It's less than a mile into McMinnville, an easy walk. Janet was very sweet letting us know when the house was ready and as no one was going in the next night allowing us to stay a little longer. She got back to me quickly and was a great host. I will absolutely recommend this home and I'd love to stay here again. Thank you Janet for creating such a great get away home.

Perfect Place to Stay

  • 5 of 5

We stay in a lot of VRBO’s when we travel and we absolutely loved this house. It was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Janet was so accommodating when we arrived early from an all night flight from Alaska and let us check in early. There were so many special touches like the balloon bouquet for our Linfield graduate, wine, muffins, fruit and more! It is just a few minute walk to graduation and we felt like we were ideally situated for everything we wanted to do...close to third street, super close to the school and many wineries in the area. The backyard and decks were beautiful and provided the right amount of sun and shade on a beautiful Oregon weekend. We wish we would have found this place sooner!

We will stay here again!

  • 5 of 5

I would recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. Very clean home and we felt very comfortable. The home is very well stocked, we have stayed in dozens of Vrbo homes and this was probably the best stocked and ready home we've stayed in.

It's not a huge place but great layout. There were only 2 of us so I'm not sure how it would feel if you had more but we were content.

Everything went great from the first transaction - so thank you much. And we will be back.

Great house, kind owner

  • 5 of 5

The property was great for my 3 year old to run around after our long travel day. The place was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the owner had goodies waiting for us when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
