Beautiful cosy cottage with real character and plenty of space for the six of us (4 adults 2 children). W enjoyed our stay immensely and Sarah could not have been more helpful
Thank you for your lovely review. So pleased you enjoyed your mini break with family. As you say, with a bedroom and bathroom located separately upstairs, there’s plenty of space and privacy for four adults.
Perfect accommodation for 5 of us. Cosy and comfortable.
Good location, quiet, cosy and well equipped.
Thanks Sarah we enjoyed our stay.
Thanks for your great review. Pleased to hear that you had a good weekend despite the rain.
Fantastic cottage close to London
2 friends and I had a fantastic weekend away from the city at Sarah's cottage - it is everything you could want for a short break, or in fact a longer one! Thank you Sarah, we hope to be back one day
Thanks so much for your lovely review and pleased to hear that you liked the cottage.
It’s a great time of year to enjoy a get together in this area. There’s still lots going on with the Rye Festival and the upcoming local Bonfire nights which take place in the villages from 5thOctober.
Lovely property to stay at. Had everything we could possibly need for our family. Great location.
Thanks for your great review and so pleased to hear that you enjoyed the cottage and surrounding area.
Excellent property that is convenient to everything including gas, groceries, walking trails, and trains. It is close to Rye which is a beautiful historic city with lots to do and see. The owners are very nice and everything at the rental was in good order. Good WiFi and TV reception.
Thank you for your great review. As you say, the cottage is in a very convenient spot and near Rye should you wish to eat out or browse the many interesting shops and medieval streets.
Escape to the country
Fantastic cottage with great facilities. My family even enjoyed a hit of tennis.
Walk to supermarket and pub was further then advertised but doable.
Thanks for your review. So pleased you managed to relax and enjoy the area. The supermarket is 0.4 miles from the cottage and the nearest pub 0.5. The Horse and Cart is a little further (approx.1 mile) but also worth a visit.
The ancient historic town of Rye five minutes drive away famous for its restaurants, pubs, and antique shops. Local beaches of Camber 7 miles and Winchelsea 6 miles. The beautiful Bodium castle 7 miles. Christopher Lloyd’s Great Dixter house and gardens 3 miles. Port Lympne zoo is 25 minutes drive away. Local country pubs 10 minutes walk. Eurostar rail link is 25 minutes away (Paris less than three hours).
