Located just steps away from the iconic Trinidad Memorial Lighthouse and surrounding beaches and Harbor, the private living space is tucked in the heart of Trinidad, and right above the Trinidad Bay Eatery and Gallery restaurant. The property is well known, but the home is modest and comfortable within. Skylights throughout the incredibly clean and beachy residence give it a friendly and photogenic personality, while the picture windows lining the south and west walls capture every view without compromising privacy. This property is a great setting to create lasting memories and host your north coast vacation.

Comfortable, secure, very clean, and conveniently located within a short walking distance from everywhere. Ditch the car for a day or two and enjoy all the reasons the locals call Trinidad home. The Best!

Seabreeze was a phenomenal stay for us. Being a 2nd story unit, the views are endless, ever-changing, spectacular and what you write home about. It also means you are above the hustle and bustle of tourist traffic below as it is indeed in the heart of Trinidad. It has lots of windows that open and an awesome deck on both the south and west sides with access to 360 degree views and lots of fresh air and gorgeousness. It is well equipped and spotless. When they say they deep clean, they mean it. It was easily the cleanest rental we ever used.

The convenience of the Eatery below was great. It is one of the best restaurants around with gallery, gift shop, gourmet coffee drinks and the absolute best clam chowder on the west coast. Everyone is friendly and welcoming too. We could occasionally hear bits of sounds from the restaurant, but they were infrequent, of short duration and not a bother at all. We highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful view!

The space here is exquisite. Ocean views from so many windows throughout the house and the home was very clean.

If you are sadly cursed like me with being a light sleeper I would keep in mind that the restaurant noise will be hard to sleep through. I'd suggest bringing a fan and earplugs to make sleeping hours a little bit quieter.

Such a perfect location and again, the most GLORIOUS views!!

Lovely view and living space

Wish we would have stayed longer than only 2 nights; perfectly detailed and designed, this was our favorite accommodation throughout our eclipse west coast adventure. From the lighthouse in view you can walk down to the beach (we were excited to see sea lions sunning on a rock).

Comfortable, Convenient and Super Clean

Sea Breeze is a great property for vacationers. The property was super clean on our arrival. It's spacious and has a good floor plan for couples or a family. The town of Trinidad is quaint and friendly. We were never disturbed by noise from the restaurant downstairs the unit. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again in if we are in the area.

This is a cozy, comfortable, convenient, well-equipped, very clean, quiet 3 bedroom apartment with good views of Trinidad Bay. It sits over the restaurant ,the Eatery, which has great food and friendly people. Its so nice to be able to walk all around the little town of Trinidad and be close to the beaches.

Glorious deck and view, wonderful accommodations!

Just got home and ready to go back! Our stay in Trinidad was excellent, this accommodation along with the spectacular California Redwoods made it one of our greatest trips. Trinidad is a small but lovely town and the people were so friendly. This unit is clean, comfortable, quiet has everything you need, including the best restaurant right downstairs. We ate breakfast there every day and it was delicious. Can't get any more convenient than that. Except that there is a great winery across the street, a beach in walking distance and Redwoods a short drive away. Highly recommend.
