About the property

Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 6

Ready for a fun-filled beach getaway for six, this recently renovated condo offers more than just the comforts of home. Watch the waves crash on the shore from the oceanfront balcony or inside through the floor to ceiling windows.

You can't get much closer to the sandy shores than this Sand & Sea condo. You're also perched right on the Seaside's beach side Promenade so you can easily bike or walk along the shore or to Broadway Street's restaurants and attractions. Plus, you'll have access to a shared pool and sauna right in this building.

With ample natural light from the enormous ocean-facing windows, the open concept living/dining room and kitchen make it easy to watch a movie together on the flatscreen TV, even while a guest prepares a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The living room also has a gas fireplace and cable, and a DVD/VHS player.

Sit down for a meal or game at the dining table for six. Cleanups are made easy with the dishwasher, which also comes with all the major appliances, a microwave, coffeemaker, and more.

Two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms make this condo great for a small family, group of friends, or even two couples (up to six guests). One bedroom has a king-size bed with attached bathroom (with jetted tub) and the other a queen with a twin bunk bed. A second bathroom is accessible in the hall. A washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience.

No doubt the beach is where most of your time here will be spent, but Seaside offers much to be seen. Broadway Street is just two blocks north along the Promenade and has fun activities for all ages. Head to Seaside Carousel Mall for shopping and a ride on the carousel or walk just a quarter-mile up the Promenade to pay a short visit to the Seaside Aquarium. More fun can be found at Cannon Beach, just nine miles away.

From surfing and building sandcastles to shopping and delicious dining, this Seaside condo has it all for your next beach getaway.

About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

One Week Stay in 302

  • 4 of 5

We had a very good, mid-summer stay in #302. The unit is nicely updated. The windows and mirrors were clean, which is rare.

awesome beachfront property

  • 5 of 5

this was a excellent apartment to stay at. right on the beach, it was nice to sit in the living room watching the ocean morning till night. comfortable accomodations including ability to do laundry. 2 Br and 2 Baths with one of the rooms having a additional bunk bed too. well stacked kitchen made life easy. easy access to all the places was a plus. would definitly consider staying again if in the area again.

Comfort with a view

  • 4 of 5

We were comfortable in this slightly dated unit. Recommend a hook or two in bathroom for robe etc. as well as grab rail in tub/shower. Staff were very helpful and responsive. What was expected to be a rain soaked few days turned into a delightful get-away plus close to Norma's clam chowder!

Nice view and good location; accommodations are lacking

  • 2 of 5

There is lots to enjoy with the location of this building; however, it did not meet our expectations for a ocean-side vacation property. The building appears to be primarily residential and is very old. Cracked, unsightly pavement in the walkways, overall very run down. You have to walk around the back of the building to get into it and take a very old, slow elevator. The unit itself appears to be going through some renovations. The second bathroom bathtub did not even turn on at all, so we had to all share one small shower bathroom (without a fan in the actual bathroom to remove the moisture). The walls in the closets had giant holes in the drywall and parts of the baseboards throughout had been ripped up and not replaced. Yes, the giant TV has Netflix and Amazon, but we didn't go there to watch TV. The mattresses were all horrible. I can handle most hotel mattresses, but these ones were not even close to being mediocre - they all squeaked unbelievably- mattresses I wouldn't have even donated to charity. I think it was extremely overpriced for a town like Seaside. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable and didn't enjoy the place.
