St. Clements Victorian Home

A period house in a fantastic location of St. Clements Street. 5mins walk from the centre, surrounded by pubs, eateries and quirky shops. Great bus links with coaches to London and all airports stopping on this road. 4 ample sized bedrooms, outside garden and open plan kitchen and living area.

The Space

A fantastic location which is great for all the eateries and pubs on St. Clement Street, as well as the trendy night spots on the Cowley Road which is also a short walk away.

Walking into town takes a little over 5 minutes with a pleasant walk over Magdalen Bridge and Magdelen College. South Downs, the green, is opposite and host to occasional events such as fairs and food festivals. Theatre also bus stops 50m from the house that take you into town and also London and its airports.

A Sainsbury's local is on the street for any groceries, with a larger Tesco's less than 10 minutes walk away on Cowley Road.

The house is a period Victorian town house and in similar style has the open plan kitchen and living area on the basement floor that leads out to the garden. The four bedrooms are all doubles with wardrobes and bedside tables and are comfortably sized. There is one spacious bathroom with a bath/shower with a decent and large shower head.

Towels are provided and the kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, toaster and fridge freezer. Cooking utensils are provided and the kitchen also holds the washer/dryer.

There is also central heating and wifi.

Parking

The house does not have an allocated parking space. Visitor spaces can be found on Rectory Road, Cross Street or Morrell Avenue, all close by. There is a car park on St. Clements Street and there is also the park and ride option with bus to and fro leaving from outside the house.
