Property was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Host was very helpful and he responded quickly to my questions. Property is located near fabulous restaurants and a short drive to all the theme parks. I enjoyed my 3-day stay and highly recommend this property. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and went to Disney. The Queen size bed was a quality mattress, the 3rd floor unit was clean, stocked with all we needed and had a lovely view of the pool area. It's location to attractions was perfect. Very nice and pretty complex.

Great spot close to all Disney Parks

Very nice condo in a great, gated complex. The pool was really nice and played awesome music (60's-80's mostly). The check in was easy and the host was very helpful! We would stay here again!

A great and affordable place to stay!

Had a great time! Very close to everything Disney. The host was great and very communicative. The amenities were awesome also! Has a huge pool, splash pad for kids, tons of lounging and a game room/ billiards to play in. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time!

AMAZING

GREAT PLACE TO STAY! Everything from beginning to end was a cut above the rest. Beautiful clean residence. The host was welcoming, informative and accomodated the time of our arrival. Would most definitely stay here again next trip to Disney.

The place was nice and easy to find. It felt like a home away from home. Roy was very good about checking in and seeing if we needed anything. Very helpful. Would definitely go back if we go to Orlando area again.

Loved it!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Roy followed up with us to ensure we had a great experience. Condo was very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. The view of the pool area and palm trees was so relaxing. We will definitely be coming back.

Nice place for the money

The place was nice. Unfortunately I didn’t hear the warnings of the other people about the noise from the pool and at 9 AM on New Year’s Day blasted with music that you could hear throughout the house with the windows closed furniture isn’t very comfortable. The bed was fine.

Nice place and convenient to everything!

Cute decor, comfortable queen bed, all clean and up to date, nice view, screened balcony to sit and enjoy the breezes~ only complaint also noted by previous guests is at 75° preset, the bedroom is too warm for sleeping comfortably ~ and note 40 steps to get up to the unit if you get out of breathe climbing ~ would definitely stay here again. Roy is very quick to respond as needed ~ great!

This is the cleanest rental that we’ve been to. The owner was excellent to work with and responded quickly to any questions. Everything we expected to be provided was there and more. The main pool is heated and just steps away, yes they play music, but we couldn’t hear it inside the room, and we never had issues finding a place to sit. There is a fitness center and game room next to the pool, again steps away. Close enough to Disney and all of the restaurants and shopping but far enough away that you can’t hear the noise. It is on the 3rd floor and no elevator so you do get a bit of a work out moving in and out. The fan for the AC unit was a little loud but other than that the place is perfect. I would stay at this location again for my next Disney trip.

Fine for a short stay

My wife and I enjoyed our time, but please know that there are minimal table settings (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) and the fact that we were told you couldn't turn the air conditioner down past 75 was not a pleasant surpise. It's FL and it gets hot, 75 degrees is not that cool when it's warm and humid outside. Pool was loud at times. Very nice place to stay overall.

Convenient Location

The property was conveniently located. The property owner was very help and accommodating with our late arrival. The unit was nicely furnished and comfortable. The only area of concern was the shower. The water did not get very hot, so showers were not very enjoyable. Also, the shower fixture looked to have been repaired but it still didn't seem to function correctly. Other than the shower the unit and grounds were very nice, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great!

This condo was great for our trip over Memorial Day weekend in 2022. It was our first trip to Florida. The location was great, with easy access to grocery, I4, restaurants, and attractions. The only downside was that there was no elevator, but we knew this when booking. Our 7-year-old slept on the couch/futon and thought it was comfortable. In-unit laundry was great. No complaints or issues. Roy was very helpful for check-in/out. We did not have any problems but knew he would be readily available if something came up.

Cute, clean but noisy

Perfect little apartment for one or a couple in a good location. Very much a rental and not someone’s home. Not even an extra shopping bag to be found. Has all you need but no extras like some VRBOs provide ( coffee, etc.). I wanted a quiet relaxing time but unfortunately this unit faces the pool and they play music from 9am to 10pm. This should be noted in the listing. If that doesn’t bother you then it’s a clean, cute, convenient location.

As advertised

The condo is as advertised. The place is very nice. Small but you know that going in.. Nice condo complex and the unit overlooks the pool. The only problems I had with the condo is that the air conditioner is very loud. I mean very loud and it comes on often. The other problem is the couch. It's a futon and is not very comfortable. Would I stay there again? Yes but only for a short time.

Old and tired

The unit has not been cared for in any meaningful way in a long time. The carpet is old and dirty. The shower curtain was full of mildew. The bed had a major depression/rut on one side. Not sure how that happened but it looked like a very heavy person had slept on that side for years. The bed spread had white stains. The dresser drawers in the bedroom are almost all off the rails.There are very few pots/dishes and what is there are beat up. It’s too bad as I think the unit has great potential. The complex seems very nice with a huge pool area. It is quiet and safe. But this particular unit was very disappointing.
