This 14th level of 1 bedroom and 1 den 626 sqft high end Tridel Condo right locate in the Yonge subway station and high way 401. Also have free shuttle bus from and to the subway station in rush hours(7am-9am, 4pm-7pm). Have amenities like pool and Gym in the 2nd floor.
Dogs are welcomed at extra $10 each, sorry about the price but due to past experience.

Free shuttle bus in rush hours. 7am-9am, 4pm-7pm, require to register with property management.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
