Egret Hill Villa is a serene oasis, a luxury 6 BR/3 BA waterfront pool villa with panoramic frontage on a large pond with nature preserve beyond. With an oversized, penninsula-like lot and far from any road or highway, there are no sounds of traffic, no neighbors' pools in sight or within earshot. You will hear only the sounds of nature, the pool waterfall and tropical breezes in the palms. And yet, every night, you can watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks in the distance right from the pool deck.

Feel free to crank your music or enjoy total peace. Expansive water/nature views, outdoor dining for ten, covered lanai, uplit tropical foliage, oversized heated pool & integral spa with waterfall. Enjoy your morning coffee at the table for four under the palms, observing the peaceful sunrise and the varied bird life that always amazes and delights. Enjoy Florida sun all day long with southern light exposure from the super comfy sun loungers or wrap around couch. Our pool deck toy box has a collection of pool floats and games.

Cook your lunch and dinner al fresco on the gas barbecue grill and entertain your guests under the spacious lanai with seating for six and ceiling fans to keep everyone cool and dry.

As the sun goes down, uplighting and tropical vegetation create an upscale resort feel, and you will wonder why you ever settled for a crowded and noisy hotel pool in the past. Swim and dine under a blanket of stars, play your own music to your heart's content, and soothe away a hectic day at the theme parks amid the luxuriant bubbles and jets of the spa. Toast to a perfect day while taking in glimpses of the Magic Kingdom fireworks right from the pool deck. Optional pool/spa heat is $40 per day and must be requested in advance directly from the owner. No pool heat fees are charged on arrival and departure days.

wing 1: master suite with roll-in shower, double vanity and garden tub
wing 2: one king bedroom, one bedroom with two twins, shared full bath
wing 3: two bedrooms with two twin beds each, one queen bedroom with ensuite access to shared full pool bath

Perfect for those who face mobility challenges, Egret Hill Villa has no stairs and a large roll-in shower. All showers have hand-held sprayers. We also have toddler bed railings, outlet covers, high chair and a crib, bottle sterilizer and baby monitor, pool fence and door pool alarms to keep little ones safe and happy.

More than you would expect in a rental, Egret Hill has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook and bake just like you do at home if you choose to, including three sets of dishes and every kind of utensil.

The kitchen has been recently renovated with high end stainless appliances, beautiful quartz countertops, breakfast bar, breakfast nook, coffeemaker, electric tea pot, toaster, blender, mixer, BBQ gas grill, etc.

You also have an in-house laundry room and plenty of extra towels, including pool towels, so you can pack light and make room for more Disney souvenirs in your luggage!

Coming home to the villa after a long day at the parks is like a breath of fresh air. Refresh and rejuvenate by the peaceful pool. Stretch out in any of six bedrooms and five entertainment areas. The villa is in the very back of the quiet neighborhood of Orange Tree in the area next to Kissimmee called "Four Corners."

Sometimes, you just want things to be easy.
Which is why we love the villa's location, so close to Disney, yet just outside of the tourist fray. (For example, It is just a 12 mile commute from Animal Kingdom’s parking lot to the villa’s driveway.) This area has so many restaurant and shopping options of its own, you'll never need to go into the tourist congestion or drive far for any of your daily needs! Within a few miles, you will find familiar chains like Walmart, Publix, Walgreen's, CVS, Wendy's, Lowe's and restaurants serving everything from pizza to Mexican food, Greek, Irish, Italian Chinese, breakfast and sushi. The Margaritaville Resort, with its Sunset Walk dining and entertainment village is less than ten miles away. There are even more options - both chains and locally owned great eateries - north on 27 in Clermont's laid back town center.

The safe and quiet neighborhood of Orange Tree has walking paths, a stocked trout pond, play ground and five tennis courts - even its own you-pick orange grove!

For nature lovers, you are just a six minute drive to Lake Louisa State Park with boating, hiking and horseback riding and World of Citrus, where the kids can ride a tractor, pet farm animals and learn all about citrus farming.
