The ground floor offers three bedrooms, 1st with three singles,
2nd with a Queen and fold out couch/futon and 3rd with a Double and a King single.

Open plan kitchen, dining and living area with an outdoor setting and BBQ under a verandah.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and a powder room just outside.

The property is still being completed only needing front landscaping but the house is ready to come, enjoy and relax.

Kitchen has a dishwasher and new appliances.
Laundry consists of a dryer, washing machine and a 2nd toilet off to the side.
Back yard has a decent size grassed area for kids to kick a ball.
An Outdoor shower is accessible near the back garage to wash off all the sand after a day at the beach or fishing.
Private parking behind a locked gate.
Security cameras are installed around the perimeter. Outside cameras have been installed for security when property is not booked.

Pillows, Quilts, Mattress protectors and Blankets are provided. Bed Linen and Bath towels will NOT be provided. Bed linen MUST BE USED on ALL beds. If there is any evidence of sleeping in a bed with no linen an extra cleaning fee of $60 will be deducted from your credit card for guests sleeping on top of quilts/mattress protectors only.

Minimal tea towels, bin liners and toilet paper is provided.

North Beach is only a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. Clear water where you can drive your car onto the sand and enjoy the beautiful beach while relaxing, swimming and taking in the view.

Under no circumstances are there allowed to be more than 9 guests, no sleeping or putting up tents in the back yard. Please try and keep sand out of beds and clean up after any cleaning of seafood. Do not place seafood in fridge unless in a tight proof bag or container.

Failure to comply with rental house rules then Stayz/Vrbo will access Damage protection bond within 14 days of checking out automatically.

PAYMENT - 50% upon booking confirmation, balance 7 days prior. Confirmation letter upon booking.

CANCELLATION:
14 days before booking date = 100% refund
7 days before booking date = 50% refund
No refund given if less than 7 days prior to booking date.

PLEASE NOTE BINS ARE COLLECTED ON MONDAYS. THEY NEED TO BE TAKEN OUT PRIOR TO LEAVING, SUNDAY NIGHT OR MONDAY MORNING. PLEASE USE BIN LINERS TO THROW YOUR RUBBISH OUT INTO THE BIG BINS. There is a bin collection calendar on the fridge, pantry or folder.
