Pigeon Mountain Crossing en el noroeste de Georgia es un gran lugar para que usted y su grupo para escapar del ajetreo y el bullicio de la vida cotidiana. Aquí en nuestros ochenta acres de hermosos bosques, ofrecemos cómodas instalaciones y un amplio espacio para explorar. Nuestro campamento, ubicado en las estribaciones de la paloma de la montaña cerca de Lafayette, GA, está situado 27 millas al sur de Chattanooga y 100 millas al noroeste de Atlanta. Un lago alimentado por un manantial de 12 acres acentúa nuestra propiedad boscosa contigua a la rodadura 20.000 acres Pigeon Mountain Wildlife Management Area.

Instalaciones del Camp

Presentar:

Nuestro lago rústico albergue dispone de tres amplias plantas. La planta principal, una sala de 2.800 cuadrados capilla pie y reunión, es una zona de madera natural iluminado por una vidriera y liderada por un gran porche con vistas al lago.

Con vistas a la planta principal es el loft juego 720 pies cuadrados, que incluye piscina, ping pong, air hockey y futbolín.

El comedor y la cocina, también de 2800 pies cuadrados, está situado en el nivel del lago y proporciona espacio adicional para reuniones. (Catering también disponibles.)

Cabaña junto al lago:

Esta cabaña de tres pisos consta de cuatro bunkrooms, una sala de grupo de tercer piso, y una sala privada de la familia.

Cada camarote tiene capacidad para 15 e incluye dos duchas y dos lavabos y retretes.

La tercera habitación de la planta dormir cómodamente 10 y tiene su propio cuarto de baño. Esta habitación cuenta con un porche con una hermosa vista a la montaña.

Nuestra propiedad

Pigeon Mountain Crossing tiene mucho espacio para pasar el rato, jugar y pasar un buen rato. El lago incluye una gran cantidad de peces, paseos en bote, y juegos de agua. Nuestro campo de atletismo tamaño de fútbol ofrece un amplio espacio para actividades de grupo. Ofrecemos un anillo de fuego de campamento equipado con un montón de madera para hogueras y cuentos. Hay millas de senderos, un tribunal Octoball, voleibol, petanca, golf de disco golf de 9 hoyos, y un arroyo para explorar.

Lake Getaway

We had a lake retreat with some members of our organization and had a great time. The property is absolutely gorgeous and there’s many activities to chose from and enjoy. The owners were very communicative and helpful. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend for large group stays.

This place is absolutely beautiful! It was so clean and the owners were very sweet and super helpful. It was very spacious so there was plenty of room for all of the girls! 10/10. This place is amazing! Highly recommend!

Great Place for Large Groups

Pros: The lodge is perfect for large groups. Plenty of space, tables, chairs and activities. The separate cabin, with multiple bedrooms gave each family privacy and a quite place to retreat to. Lots of fun activities on the lake. Hosts were very accomidating and easy to communicate with. Cons: No cell service and WiFi only available in the lodge. A portion of the road to reach lodge is very rough and rocky. Lake was extremely mucky. The volleyball, athletic field, and fire pit are about 1/3 mile (7-9 min) walk from the lodge.

We arrived on Saturday afternoon (4 pm) and left on Monday morning (9:30 am). We were only allowed to use the water slide for 1 hour the entire time we were there. The water slide dumps out into a small "pool". VRBO's page says it has a pool; but it is not a pool you can swim in. Ad is misleading. Owners have another property across the street which does have an inground pool but we were not able to use it. We were advised that the renters from across the street would be coming over to use the lake (fishing, swimming, canoeing) on Sunday afternoon. We had no prior knowledge of this (assumed we had the whole place to ourselves). Swimming in the lake is sketchy. Tall plant material is all over the bottom of the lake and your feet get tangled up in it quite easily. Lake has a very strong sulfur smell. Roads that lead to actual cabins were VERY muddy and we could not get normal vehicles through to unload luggage. Not the owner's fault but other renters should be aware that they may have to tote all their belongings to the sleeping cabins (up steep steps) and not lighted.

Perfect for our need

Pigeon Mountain Crossing was perfect for our groups fall retreat. Plenty of space, ample activities, and a beautiful gathering space. The natural beauty of the location also allowed for our students to enjoy God’s creation. Only complaint any student gave us was why do we have to leave so soon!

Amazing, a great family reunion place

We loved our stay at Pigeon Mountain Crossing! The scenery was beautiful. Everything about this listing is 5 stars! We were 5 families plus a decent amount of children, and we had plenty of room! The children absolutely their time on the property, and didn't want to leave! The little ones loved the creek that is close by. Plenty of games to play. The hosts are absolutely wonderful to work with. Quick response and willing to do anything for you. We had problems with the one ac in the bedroom and they had extra on hand and had it running in a short time. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. Hoping to go back to visit again someday!

Fantastic...again!

This was our second time renting this facility for our retreat. We love it here! The Tinneys are such great people and they make it so easy to enjoy your time. We also went on two hikes in the Crockford-Pigeon Mountain Wildlife Management Area which is very close to the property. Each person has to purchase a $10 fishing license to hike, but it was worth it. It was one more addition to the already incredible property we were able to enjoy. We hope to make this our annual retreat location!

Fantastic Group Getaway

It was a large and beautiful place to relax and unwind. Me and the roughly 40 other men had a great time relaxing, fishing, and playing together. There is plenty to do and the view was stunning ! Would highly recommend for men's groups or other larger gatherings.

Great spot for a large group of people. We were able to cook/eat, hang out, and play games all in one spot. And, the beds were in a separate building so when some wanted to go to sleep they could do so quietly. Great hosts with excellent communication.

Great Facility and Great Owners

We brought our adult leadership classes here for a retreat and it was fantastic. The perfect location for our students to spread out for some personal reflection time and then to come back together to hang out and relax. We had a lot of fun with the kayaks, canoes and paddle boards. Chuck and Melissa were wonderful hosts. They cooked us lunches and dinners and were great to be around. Very sweet and accommodating. We would definitely suggest this property to any group.

5th grade Dad/Son Trip!

Our sons school 5th grade cabin trip was cancelled so we put together our own! We have 15 boys and their dads and this place had EVERYTHING that you would need for an amazing weekend with your boys trip. There was easily enough room for us. The pawn had great fishing the canoes and kayaks and rowboats and paddle boats the water so much fun for the boys. The sports field was big! We have a football game and a wiffle ball baseball game. The kitchen had everything we need, Plus a giant outdoor gas grill and a flat top cooktop they gave us plenty of space to cook for 30 people, and more if you had a bigger group. There are TV’s, WiFi and games in the house (ping pong, pool, fooosball, and more) but honestly there’s so much to do on the property that the boys spent most of their time outside being boys! The fire pit had wood and plenty of room for our crew to be around the he pit! Our boys loved playing in the octoball ring, they call it Gaga ball. The owners were great! We will be back!!!

Great retreat getaway!!

The property is stunning! From the main building where the dining hall/kitchen is on the first floor, a beautiful meeting space on the second floor with a balcony view, and the 3rd floor loft game room. The bunk rooms are laid out very well and are well kept! Chuck and Melissa make things so easy and are fantastic hosts. They give you great information ahead of time and are there (we arrived at 10:30 pm due to a hiccups Teo on our trip over) to help you get settled in! They are so gracious and hospitable!! Quick to help in any way. We blew a breaker while there and Chuxk was quick to come over and fix it. Very accomodating! They are the sweetest folks and truly seem to love what they do. Check out pigeon mountain crossing if you're looking for a place to get away! It does not disappoint!!
