Seas the Moment with this hidden gem located in a quiet cul-de-sac with the waters edge, cycle paths, kids playground at the tip of your fingers. The cafe strip is just around the corner, making this the perfect place for your next down south holiday.
This brand new home offers plenty of room for families and groups of friends. The first floor offers a TV room for the kids and 3 bedrooms- 2 rooms with a queen bed each and a second room with 2 singles.
The Second floor comprises of a large open plan living and dining area with a beautifully appointed kitchen. Laze around on the large comfortable couch while reading a book or watching TV. Step outside the bi-fold doors onto the balcony and enjoy a BBQ with glimpses of the glorious geographe bay.
The Third storey offers a small balcony ideal for those couples wanting some quiet time.

-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed.

Girls Weekend

We had a lovely stay, the house was clean and tidy and neat with a very comfy couch. Some of the dishes in the cupboard needed a clean and there was not many wine glasses but part drop that it was well stocked and well maintained. House location was great, super close to town and coffee and the beach. Thanks for having us!

Great location, lovely home

We loved the location of the house;a very short walk to the beach and easy walk into town. The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen well stocked The reason for a four star rating was one of the double bed frames was broken and poorly repaired. We had to move the mattress onto the floor for a comfortable sleep. We did enjoy our stay and I would recommend staying here if bed frame is properly fixed.

Fabulous house

Walking distance into town, my adult kids loved the bikes, it was walking distance to the beach, though had to walk a fair distance north for a nice swimming beach. The kitchen was very well stocked. I would definitely stay there again. Towel rails in bathroom were broken and hanging out of wall. Also unable to get out laundry door or open blinds or some windows, not a disaster, just frustrating.( that is where the overall point was lost)

arrived late so difficult to find the right house. House nice but a little tired. Few things like the upstairs TV…. Lounge is an analogue type So no local TV including the semi final Footy. Many items to kitchen including coffee plunger, mixer broken. Master bed too small and moves Like a boat with two people in. Overall house in an awesome position and having the bikes and kayak have choice for the kids. Cheers

Outstanding house, wish we were there longer. House is huge more than enough room for 8 people. Very well equipped, maybe check what’s there before buying. Lots of equipment in garage for days out or on the beach. Great location, 10 mins walk max to centre. Would certainty recommend and hopefully visit again if we return.

A beach getaway holiday

Great family holiday for young and old. So close to the beach, nice alfresco, clean and comfy. Had everything we need and the water play / sport equipment was the highlight for the kids. Definitely will come back again.

Great accommodation for extended family

I stayed with my two adult childen, their partners and two young children. It us a spacious, well-equipped house in a very convenient location. A spacious double car park and room for 1 vehicle to park at garage door (provided we moved it for the garaged vehicles to exit) worked well for our extended group. Property manager was helpful and responded promptly to our emails. High chair and 1 baby gate was also appreciated.
