Comfort and perfectly located

House is everything you see in the pictures, clean, well kept, everything you need for the comforts of home. Beds are very comfortable, host communication was spot on and You are able to check in and check Out with ease. Centrally located in the center of Havasu so everything is near by!! Great home!

dishwasher to dirty to use. no towel rack in spare bathroom, master shower very slippery mat was to old to use. no wine glasses. Pros living room furniture very comfortable, bed comfortable. Overall stay was good, but more than likely we wouldn't stay here again/

The host Rikki was very attentive fast at responding and even checked on us throughout our stay.

I would definitely rent this place again it had plenty of from in the garage for parking our 23' Eliminator plus a car. The property was big enough to park 2 other boats if needed. The house was very clean, close to everything you need and a very quite Neighbor hood. Our Host Rikki did everything she need to do so we could have an early check in

Felt like this home was a central location, about 6 minutes from destinations like downtown or the foothills. Home was clean and host communicated very quickly if I had questions. We were able to use the garage to park our Canam and trailer, which was super nice. Beds were comfy, toilets and showers were super clean! We would stay here again.

Clean Havasu Rental

Cute and clean house that was simple and perfect for friends and family. Backyard was undesirable but didn’t need to use it as we were on the lake everyday. Also extra parking on the vacant lot next to this house.

Our first VRBO! Loved it!

The 6 of us had such a wonderful time in Lake Havasu City and renting this house for 7 days made it even better. The house is very nice and in a quiet neighborhood with a private, spacious back yard...loved the covered patio for shade on the hot days. The layout of the kitchen was great for ‘team’ food prep and cooking, the dining table was the perfect size for games and card playing, the washer & dryer had many button options but were very easy to operate and the beds were super comfortable. As this is a fairly new rental, there were a few items that we suggested to Rikki that would be nice to have. The next day they appeared! She was so accommodating and let us know that she was there for us if we needed anything. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great stay in a very comfortable and cozy house. Love the walk-in shower in master bath. Beds all very very comfortable! Rikki was great and made sure we had everything we needed-she went about and beyond to get us blankets! Owner may update by adding a few more cooking supplies in kitchen and BBQ grill on patio. Just a shout-out for a great restaurant ChaBones-AWESOME!! Overall this rental property is over the top-we will be back!! Thank you Thank you!

This home is relatively new to VRBO and it doesn't have all the little things that can really make you feel welcome . . . It would have been great to have a BBQ for the patio, plus more seating for enjoying the AZ sunsets. And a hook on the back of the small bathroom door to hang a robe to use after showering. Maybe just for those staying more than a weekend, a deck of cards, paperbacks, jigsaw puzzles, especially for those who don't spend all the time on devices. The beds are high! But really comfortable once you climb into them. And best of all . . . The guest contact, Rikki, was so helpful and quick to respond to our queries, she's a jewel! We stayed for a bit more than three weeks and would certainly consider staying again if the opportunity arose.
