This beautiful 7 bed, 6 bath, 5 star executive villa in Formosa Gardens is 3 miles from Disney parks and 1 mile from restaurants and shopping. The perfect environment for the holidays of a lifetime. Privately owned and professionally managed. This vacation rental is sumptuously furnished to the highest standards with an abundance of ceramic tiling and wooden floors with few carpets-four king -size beds master bedrooms ,(3 down 1up) and 1 bunk room with 2 bunk beds(upstairs), 2 bedrooms each with two large twin beds(I down 1 up). Huge 40' x 20' 8ft deep pool and spa/Jacuzzi on more than half acre lot. 3 Large screen TV's and DVD's, 8 TV's in total and Large game room (air conditiound system). Outside the pool area there is a barbecue for those large get togethers. (Grill rental is available for a nominal fee.) Children's Play Area: We have a children's play area outside the pool area fitted with swings and slide and lots of other stuff to keep little ones amused for hours. So you can relax at the pool and still keep an eye on them on the swing set. Children: We have provided a high chair. 2 light strollers, car seat, stairs gate. Children's Safety: For childrens safety all doors to the pool area have child alarms. If a child opens the door the alarm sounds. We also have a safety net around the pool for added protection. Family reunion

Great space! Everyone enjoyed all the amenities of the house! Kids loved the big pool! All the beds were comfortable everyone had their own space! House is in close proximity to everything that we needed and more!!

This villa is great for large groups. There were 12 in our group and it still felt spacious. The area where the villa is situated is brilliant, close to all local amenities and attractions. There a huge lake on site where the men in our party fished daily. The best part of the villa for us was the pool, it’s one of the biggest pools we’ve had and deepest which was great. We had a few teething problems, but the host was quick in trying to rectify them. A few things were unable to be rectified unfortunately, but they didn’t really have a huge impact on our stay to be honest. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Family gathering

The TVs were not operating at all. Had to contact the host to have someone come to get them started. It took over a few hours. Grill was locked and had to contact the host on which we paid for up front. Had to pay a service fee for the pool of which was in the cost already.

Perfect short term rental

As a group of four golfers we enjoyed the comfort and privacy of 4 ensuite rooms. The backyard was equipped with a large pool and hot tubs. The location is very central to the theme parks and golf courses, I would highly recommend this value property.

2nd stay here

Loved the big pool. But had to wash the deck. Floors in the house need a good cleaning. Ceiling fans need to be cleaned and lightbulbs changed. Shower heads need to be cleaned/changed. Nice kitchen well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool is huge. There was plenty of room to have a quiet space if needed. Kitchen had plenty dished and cookware, we made a majority of our meals in. So close to attractions and stores. Just needs a deep clean.

Family Vacation

Overall this is a great home and is in a great location. The home is clean and I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness but it could use a little TLC to pull everything together where it would then be a 5. Over all I would recommend this home and I would have no hesitations in staying here again.

Great House, but had some issuses!

Lovely house, nice and spacious so suited our work group. But had constant issues with the aircon that property owner didn't fix while we were staying so left to some warm nights for some and freezing for others!

Great vacation house!

We had seven family members stay here. The house has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, so every one had their own space. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was the biggest selling point of this property. We did have to call the property manager our second day, as the pool was not very clean, and not warm at all.(paid for heating) The pool man came that same day and cleaned the filter, added water and adjusted the chemicals accordingly. We had no issues after that, and spent most of our days in this area.The living room furniture was dated, and not very comfortable. Overall, this is a great property, in a beautiful neighborhood, and very close to local attractions. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this property.

Pros: Location is fantastic. Nice large villa, really great sized pool, fantastic location for shops and parks, good sized bedrooms, laundry room, garage with pool table. Needs some TLC and it would be a lovely place to stay.Cons: Property looks tired inside and out. Furniture was dated. Cookware - only 2 pans to cook with for 7 adults (1 medium and 1 very small), cooking utensils plastic and flimsy. Oven took nearly 45mins to "preheat", not ideal.No facilities/area for drying clothes that cannot go in dryer (clothes were hung all over the house to dry)Poor outside lighting in the pool area, large cracks around the edge of the pool and spa area. Games room carpet ripped in numerous places, seemed like a dumping ground for everything that was broken (tumble dryer, TV, chairs) not as image online.Showerheads in all bathrooms- needed cleaned or renewed, covered in limescale.

My stay was divided in two parts. My wife and I treated our daughter, son, their spouses and our six grandchildren to a week of Disneyland and other activities. The location was great and while I never expect the level of comfort of a rental house to be that of your own home this house did not disappoint. It was a hot week and our grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The house thermostat is set at 72 degrees. However some of the bedrooms on the lower floor did get hot on a few nights. We took advantage of the fans that are available and our evenings were comfortable. My family left on a Wednesday morning and 3 of my golf buddies arrived that evening for 8 days of golfing. This was a lot of house for 4 people but as a previous reviewer indicated we enjoyed the comfort and privacy of 4 ensuite rooms. Our overall stay was during the first three weeks in October and the rental fee for this house for that period was clearly priced better than other homes of similar size in the Formossa Gardens area. We live in Ottawa Canada. Everyone flew to Orlando with the exception of myself. I drove to Orland so I had the advantage of bringing extra items to supplement our stay. Although it is worth indicating that this house is the best equipped of any homes I have rented in the past. I had to contact the host on two occasions for non urgent issues and the reply from Julie was immediate.

Four Corners of Unkept Disappointment

We have stayed in Formosa Gardens with full satisfaction for 14 of the previous 17 years during the week before Thanksgiving. However, upon arrival at Four Corners we knew our satisfaction was at jeopardy. The mulch-bed plastic was sticking up, hedges unkept, and vines on the power meter. The pool surround was full of mold and mildew as was the pool deck. Inside, the front door weather-striping was hanging loose and all the floor corners and baseboards were grungy. In the 'family room' was an outdated, full-size refrigerator right in front of the window. All the family room blinds were tangled and dirty and non-functioning. In the 'game-room' was torn carpet, torn pool table surface, broken pool ques, and an open, nasty mop and bucket in the doorway. The kitchen microwave cover was hanging off and the bar stools were so dirty we had to use towels to sit on. The rug in the family room was gungy and all four corners were curled up. In the bedrooms, hangers were on the bedpost and the bathroom tiles and baseboards were mildewed and grungy. The pool and hot tub floors and wall were dirty, and again I must say, the entire pool enclosure and fascia was covered with mildew. I could say more, but the picture should be clear. The property was so embarrassingly unkept, that we canceled all normal visits and invites of regular local guests. I reported this to the owner at arrival and the owner did give us pool heat; but the only effort to satisfy was to say "I will do better" and "thanks for the photos and I will notify my property manager since I am an absentee owner". Those people are lying. I can cancel the reservation refund them the money. But they didn’t mention anything. After checkout demanding refund. Watch out for them!

We didn’t spend much time at the house and it was fine for what we needed. The kids loved the pool. The location to Disney was great. If you are super picky about staying somewhere with perfectly matching things, updated and cute decor this is not for you. But if you just need to have a place to lay your head after a long day at the park it’s fine.

Amazing time!

The house was in an excellent location. Just minutes from Disney property. There are many close restaurants and grocery stores. It was so nice for our group of 12 to be able to spread out. The pool area is huge. Plenary of chairs and loungers for everyone. I cannot say enough nice things about our stay!

Short stay but awesome time

We had a group attending the Exponential conference and had the joy of staying in this home. It was perfect for our needs and we appreciate the gracious hospitality of our hosts! Will definitely consider doing it again next year!

Best house ever!

We had annual passes to Disney this year and came quite often. I wish we had found this house earlier! We would have chosen it over every other place we stayed! So nicely appointed with everything we needed! Exactly as described online plus more beautiful. Lots of space for everyone!

We liked the location and layout of the house. There were few ants and bugs in the house and trash

trash left outside the garage door. The house warm because the conditioner switch was off upstairs. The property manager arrived promptly to get the trash up and showed us where the switch was to turn the air back on. The house needs some minor maintenance. Our overall stay was fine.

Wouldn't choose this house again

The location of this property is great for what we needed it for . The house has plenty room . The cleanliness was definitely very poor . The pool was very dirty . The a/c wasn't working the day of check-in , we called the next morning and they came pretty quick to fix it but it was very hot during the night . The fridge didnt cool very well and the was garbage overflowing outside when we arrived , because there wasn't enough garbage cans provided . If it wasn't for the location and size of the house I'd rate a 1 star , but I'm definitely not using this property again .
