Tässä tilavassa lomamökissä on kaikki. Täysin itsenäinen 4 makuuhuonetta, pää on queen-size-vuode, toisessa parivuode, kolmas ja 2 yhden hengen vuodetta ja neljäs kerros kerrossänky. On olemassa valtava tilaa lapsille, joilla on oma kylpyhuone, pöytätennis ja runsaasti pelejä, jotta he voivat viihdyttää. On yhdistetty olohuone / ruokailuhuone, jossa kattotuuletin ja kanavainen ilmastointi koko, keittiö astianpesukone ja sisäinen pyykin pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Talo sijaitsee erinomaisella ulkouima viihdyttävä patio BBQ näköinen trooppiseen puutarhaan. On 2 autopaikkaa. Tämä lomamökki voi majoittua mukavasti 8 hengelle, joka sopii erinomaisesti yhdistetyn perheen lomalle.

Talo sijaitsee Lighthouse Beach, jossa kaksi tunnettua 18 reikäistä golfkenttää, Emerald Downs ja Port Macquarie vain muutaman minuutin päässä. Se on myös vain 5-10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Lighthouse Beach, joka on täysin vartioitu kesäkuukausina. Kelvin Grove property

Great house, great location, very central to everything, Unfortunately for us roadworks were underway the entire stay so a lot of noise spoilt the peaceful surrounds. Property backs onto a major road so lots of traffic noise too. FYI the roadworks won’t be completed until end of 2025.

Property was perfect for keeping us comfortably warm in winter. Road works on Ocean Road/Emerald Road (very nearby) were painful - noise started at 7am. Vibration started at 7am - thankfully both were over by 5pm. Cleanliness was questionable - could have spent a week cleaning but dirt could have been due to the wind and road works.

There is everything you need for a family holiday including a new tabletennis table.However the kitchen would benefit from a sort out of all the mismatched crockery. The beds although comfortable are ancient and again could do with updating.Overall if you are not bothered about aesthetics this is a great find.

Great family home

This was a great home for a family. Very pleasant to stay in. Very convenient location as Coles is literally across the road as well as a few other shops plus a great tavern. It is a short drive away to city centre and beaches or you can walk to light house beach. Highly recommended house. House was clean and tidy, it just needed airing. There's Aircon and fans which wasn't in the ad so it was a bonus.

Convenient to shops

The location is good - there's a small shopping centre with supermarket and tavern just on the other side of the main road, but it's also a 10min drive from the centre of town and the patrolled beaches if that's important for you.
