Great spot with easy access!
This was an AMAZING place for the price and with what amenities are on property and the ease of access to everything around the property. I had 0 complaints about the property.
Where I did have a complaint was with an issue that arose. The room locked us out one afternoon so I called the property management company to figure out what to do, and got no answer. I left a message asking for help, and never got a call back. Luckily we got it figured out, but I still haven't heard anything from them. The numbers to call that were provided in the room were only available Monday-Friday, not helpful for a weekend stay. And the only other available number was an emergency, which for the situations that arose, didn't seem necessary.
Enjoyed our stay, this condo was very clean and well equipped, great location, close to shopping, restaurants, golfing and hiking. Definitely would stay again.

Walk to the Tennis Garden
This is a lovely place to stay...spacious, clean, quiet and very relaxing. We loved being able to simply walk across Fred Waring Dr. to go to the PNB Tennis open----no hassle with parking the car.
The condo was lovely . It had everything we needed for our stay and is so conveniently located.
We thoroughly enjoyed having an opportunity to stay here!
Beautiful views; beautiful place, but...
This place was gorgeous, spacious and boasted 3-flat screen TV's: one in each bedroom and one in the living area. I chose this because my friend who accompanied me on my trip loves having her TV on ALL the time whereas I rarely watch. Well, the TV in her bedroom wouldn't work so I had to listen to the TV in the living room or confine myself to the bedroom. Bummer.
When we arrived the first day at the condo-after 10 hours of driving and lugging our suitcases up the stairs-the code wouldn't work on the door. A call to the after-hours number yielded this, "sorry, but we don't consider this an emergency so won't be able to help you until tomorrow." I left voicemails and phone calls with various people to no avail and finally called the owner. Eventually we got in. After nearly an hour of standing outside the door. The place was very nice but housekeeping left a broken glass in the cupboard and a dirty pitcher and a mug that was less than clean when I went to make coffee the next morning. There were several different sets of directions to follow for check-out so we just picked one and followed it. The beds were very firm-which for me, who loves My Tempurpedic, was very uncomfortable. It was lovely and close to shopping but I'm hoping my next stay in the desert gives me less problems to deal with.
We're very sorry your check in experience was not smooth. Normally security codes for the electronic locks are changed on Fridays but in your case they were changed early and unfortunately you were given the wrong code at check in. Once notified of the error we corrected it as soon as possible. If you experience any issues with the management company in terms of responsiveness, quality of cleaning, etc. I encourage you to notify me as the owner during your stay and I will ensure it gets addressed. It's unfortunate in this case that I was not notified as I'm sure I could have addressed any issues you had with the TV or with cleaning. Most of the time a TV issue is related to a source input setting or cable box setting that can be addressed over the phone. Regarding the comfort of the bed all I can say is some folks like firm, others like soft and we do our best to meet somewhere in the middle.
We try to make check out as painless as possible. Simply leave your gate pass and pool keys in the unit, take out the trash before you leave, exit and lock the unit via the electronic lock. It should be that simple.
