Southwest Edmonton is the premier area of the city. It is close to major amenities plus it allows for easy commuting around the city with access to the Whitemud Freeway, Gateway Boulevard, Calgary Trail S. and the Anthony Henday ring road system. Great shopping and wonderful eateries are an added bonus.
What makes this Condo unique
What really caught our attention about this place was the feel of the suite. It is not your typical apartment. It was built in the 1960's when lifestyle was more important than entertainment. The rooms are distinctly separate creating a homey feel. Have a look at the Virtual Tour floor plan and you will see what we mean.

Nestled in a neighbourhood, but convenient to the University of Alberta Medical complex and with a major shopping mall a 10 minute walk away. Close to great walking trails along the ravine/river system and, because of the great road system in Edmonton, easy to get to downtown and even The West Edmonton Mall in 10 minutes drive.
The condo is well-appointed, lacking for nothing, and well-supplied with the basics. The owner gave us an introductory tour which was a great help and a nice personal touch. The condo faces a large courtyard surrounded by similar condo buildings, quite quiet and serene. Parking was a breeze with a choice of underground reserved or outdoor lot.
We would love to stay there again when we visit Edmonton again!
Modern and comfortable
This property was modern and comfortable with all the necessities. It is close to shopping and has easy access to medical facilities in Edmonton. It was a wonderful home base for me while my husband underwent surgery at the Mazankowski Heart Centre.
Lovely condo in a great location!!
We stayed at Al and Lorna's condo over the Christmas holidays this year (2017). We absolutely loved it!! It was very warm and welcoming. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were soooo comfortable! They even had it all decorated for the holidays which really made it feel like home. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals and the coffee and tea was a very nice touch :) It happened to be quite cold while we were there so the underground parking was really great.
Thank you very much Al and Lorna for making us feel so welcome, we will definitely stay again one day!

Great property, exactly like the pics!
The condo looks EXACTLY like it does in the pictures! In fact, it was actually BIGGER in person, which was great!
The beds are SUPER comfortable, and it was nice to have them at the other end of the condo from the living areas.
Also just a great location for us. Grocery store right across the street, mall a couple blocks away, just really convenient to all services.
Al was super friendly and super easy to get in touch with, super responsive. If I have any criticism, it is that the people who stayed at the condo before us left some stains on the (white) couch and Al asked if cleaners or Gina or could come by several times during our stay. I had a newborn and it was kind of disruptive, and wish that had been handled either before our stay, or after. We were always happy to accommodate because he was so nice and always asked, but it did feel a little invasive since you don’t expect the owner to be handling that stuff during your stay.
Besides that though, Al was super helpful and he’s a great guy. You can tell he takes great care of his properties and we appreciated that!!
It was a pleasure having you, your family and your new born stay with us for a month. We really appreciated the chance to get to know all of you. You are a lovely family who respected our property and took great care of it.
The previous guests had left our home extremely dirty. It was a challenge to have it ready for your arrival the next day. And impossible to get a company out to professionally clean the furniture. Knowing now how this made you feel, perhaps we should have left the couches and just covered them. Again, Lorna and I apologize for the inconvenience caused with cleaning of the chesterfield and love seat during your stay.
Should you ever have a chance to come back to Edmonton, we would be delighted to have you stay with us again.

Our home away from home
We were looking for a comfortable place to stay for 2 weeks and this condo was perfect! It really felt like a second home. After a busy day, it was so nice to be able to cook a healthy meal in the kitchen and enjoy an incredibly comfortable bed at the end of the day. The grocery store is right across the street, which proved to be very handy. The location made trips to the University or to South Edmt Common quick and easy. The underground parking was definately a lovely perk.
It was such a pleasure having you stay with us and are pleased that you found it comfortable.
