Stay in our lower level apartment in safe, convenient and historic Upper Fells Point in close walking distance to Fells Point, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Canton and Patterson Park! This space in our beloved row home was previously unfinished and is now a brand new garden-level apartment with all modern finishes. It includes a carpeted bedroom with large closet, newly tiled full bathroom, a fully functional and stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, Roku TV and comfortable living space.

This space is the best of both worlds! You will be in a traditional row home in a charming and historic part of Baltimore, while enjoying all the modern convenience of a new home. You will also have the privacy of your own place but the comfort of knowing that the hosts live right above you if anything comes up.

A great place to stay in Baltimore City!

The property was as or b better than as described. Clean and at the heart of Fells Point. Close to restaurants, shipping, etc. Steve; the owner was available and answered all questions and was very accommodating. I will recommend. A great place for a couple.

Very clean and private in a nice neighborhood - parking was tricky but after a few circles around the street found a spot! All of the amenities were great and very easy to catch an Uber at a nominal cost to get anywhere. Definitely recommend.

It was a perfect location, great accommodations and easy to find, it was nice, clean and easy. But, it was a bit loud, being in the basement, I heard much of the commotion from the 1st floor, especially in the bedroom... which must be under the kitchen or a busy entry way.

Great Apartment!

This apartment has everything I needed for my stay. Stocked kitchen, comfortable space, great new bathroom. It is located in a cute family neighborhood but I was still able to walk to a bunch of great place to grab some food and drinks. Really liked walking through Patterson Park as well. Would stay here again!

Why they chose this property

This particular property is underneath our primary residence on Pratt St right between Upper Fells Point and Butcher's Hill. It was finished being built in September, 2018 and we are very excited to start hosting guests knowing that we are (usually) very close by.
