Divine spot, so relaxing! Nice stroll into town and beach. Beautiful garden setting. House has everything needed and was sparkling clean.

Perfect weekend getaway for families and dogs

Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Lovely garden, very secure and perfect for dogs who love to run around, as ours did!

This is such a a wonderful, 'feel good' property. Time was spent listening to birdsong, basking in winter sun, playing with my dog in the glorious backyard. I felt completely at home and welcomed here.

Cosy comfy stay at Normanville. There were 3 of us so it was great to each have our own rooms. We walked to the beach (15mins), we walked to Carrickalinga beach (about 30mins) we walked to town (about 10 mins) so such an easy well located spot! Well equiped kitchen and gorgeously appointed place. The garden is a birds paradise!

Loved the Lobster!

Gorgeous property, felt like our very own holiday home. Great communication with owner, fabulous location within easy walking distance to shops and the beach. Would love to stay again.

A beachside paradise

A great holiday home in the beautiful town of normanville. We loved our stay in this relaxing home. The cubby and sandpit were great for the kids.

Relaxing stay as always, will keep coming back

We had a great stay at the lobster. We loved the new addition of the cubby and sandpit for our children. The walk to the beach and main street is nice and easy and the house has everything you need.

Wonderful Stay

Perfect property which is quiet, but close enough to walk to the cafes and shops. The house has a wonderful atmosphere and plenty of places outside to enjoy beautiful weather. Communication with the owner was great.

The Lobster House

Wonderful property and fantastic host. Our little pack loved the proximity of all the beaches and walking tracks. Great town with really friendly people. We will definitely be back.

Our favourite place to retreat

Our fourth stay at The Lobster was as relaxed as ever! Due to an unexpected heatwave we spent much more time in the outdoor bath than usual which was wonderful. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Great Holiday

We loved our stay, the house had everything we needed for a summer holiday. The deck and shady garden were also put to great use (meals/drinks/reading). We will definitely be back.

Perfect spot for golfing holiday

I can't say enough about this host and the property. The property itself was even better than the photos and we enjoyed everything about it. Our two dogs loved the secure yard and runs on the dog friendly beach close by, (check times of the year). Golf courses were also fantastic! Thanks for a brilliant experience and see you again!

Perfect spot!

We had the most loveliest stay at The Lobster house. Everything about the place was exactly what we wanted. The house was gorgeous, all the things you could want for a holiday away with the family. The backyard is beyond stunning and the location was perfect. My young kids had the best time playing in the backyard and cannot wait to go back to the "lobster house" Thanks Bronnie and family for the stay!

The Lobster is lovely

We had such a lovely mini stay at the Lobster. What a gem - so comfortable and a beautiful front yard deck and garden. Hosts provided quality linen, towels and squeaky clean accomodation. Thankyou

Long weekend

Second timers!

After staying in holiday homes for 23years this is the ONLY place we have ever revisited. Its dog friendly, has a beautiful garden, linen supplied, lovely location. it’s a cosy, clean and charming home and the communication with the host is the best I’ve ever encountered.

The property was well equipped, although mattresses in main bedrooms were soft & uncomfortable! It was so hot in the upstairs bedrooms ( also due to there being no airconditioner in the kids room which is unacceptable during a heatwave) that we all had to move kids mattresses downstairs and sleep in the lounge area as at least the lounge airconditioner was adequate !!! Apart from the boiling hot upstairs kids room resulting in a rather uncomfortable stay the rest of the house was well equipped and the garden was lovely.

We loved it!! Well designed and styled. Well equipped kitchen Walking distance from main street of Normanville. 20mins away from Rapid bay for squidding.
