En la planta baja: dormitorio # 1, tiene una cama queen con baño privado que da acceso a través del pasillo a la sala de estar principal para el uso del baño.

Amazing House and Location

The house is top notch, comfortable, spacious with beautiful views. The location couldn't be better either. The icing on the cake was that Kevin and Jill made the whole process sooo easy and pleasant. Can't recommend highly enough.

The Best on the Kenai River

This property is absolutely the best. The home is so beautiful we didn’t want to leave it. Kevin and Jill are great hosts. They always responded very quickly to all our questions. Check in was so easy and checking out was just as simple. We couldn’t have wished for anything better.

We’ve stayed at this beautiful VRBO on the Kenai River twice, and it has been an incredible experience both times. Our group of 10 was more than comfortable in this well-equipped and cozy house. The location is unbeatable—right on the river, with easy access to world-class fishing and stunning views. The house is spotless, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway. Guys Fishing Trip

Kevin and Jill have a wonderful home just feet from the Kenai offering a spectacular setting. It provided a well needed respite after long days of fishing and hiking. The patio, the dock , and the beautiful living spaces were a perfect fit to relax in, unwind, and relive exaggerated moments of conquering the days challenges of the day . Beautiful house good location

We stayed at this house with extended family for my daughter's wedding at a nearby venue. The house was beautiful with breath-taking views. The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice. Each room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside to this house was because of the vaulted ceilings sounds travel and the upstairs bedrooms pick up all noise from early risers talking down stairs. Even with that we would still stay again. Thank you for a great vacation house.

Family reunion on the Kenai

Fabulous home on a beautiful piece of property right on the banks of the Kenai River. Large covered deck allowed all 13 of us to eat dinner every evening "al fresco". We enjoyed games in the backyard and the firepit one evening. The stairs to the river platform are long but with multiple landings to stop and view the river. The kitchen is wonderful for multiple cooks and almost every spice or condiment you need is there. The beds were all comfortable and so were the pillows which is almost never the case. There were plenty of towels and blankets & extra pillows. Kevin and Jill were responsive and tried to make sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation stay. We definitely hope to go back with friends and family again.

One Word “Awesome”

Everything about this house was simply awesome beautiful inside and out. The view of the Kenai River is spectacular and Kevin volunteered to give me and my son a tutorial on how to catch salmon and clean them from the dock. This is important Kevin and his wife are not helicopter owners. They were attentive when you asked questions but that is it. Everything you need is there for a wonderful vacation. It was simply Awesome. I cannot say enough good things. Also, take Kevin up on his offer to rent one of his cars. It save me significant coin compared to Turo or a car rental.

Perfect house for our group

The title says it all. This truly was the perfect house for our group. Ample sleeping areas, plenty of space to hang out inside & outside, fire pit, fishing deck on the Kenai river, and great owners that kept in contact from booking to checkout. It was a great experience and hopefully we'll get to enjoy the property again in the near future.
