Great Stay

Property was clean and as advertised. Very convenient location with grocery, restaurants and the beach all within a couple minutes. Plenty of outdoor seating around the pool and on the back side next to the canal. Kathleen was easy to communicate with and the overall stay was 10/10.

Property is conveniently located to beach, Publix and restaurants. It's small, quaint, incredibly clean, well stocked, updated, etc. It's a short walk to the beach....hrough the parking lot and up the street. I didn't have a car the entire week and made it around on foot with no problem. The owner goes to great lengths to make sure the stay is perfect.

Lovely Updated One Bedroom

Location, location , location ! Walking distance to just about everything. The unit was clean and decorated nicely and modern. Had everything needed but could use backpack beach chairs and umbrella. Reasonable walk to beach , 10 mins. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Great little kitchen. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

We cannot say enough about how much we loved the condo, the property and location. So convenient to shopping and beach. Condo is newly and beautifully refurbished. So clean and fully stocked with everything of excellent quality. Kathleen was easy to reach for any questions and Raphael the property manager keeps everything looking clean and inviting. Cannot wait to return next year. One item that could use replacing is coffee pot. It did not keep coffee hot but if that’s the only negative this place is a winner.

Loved it!

This is a clean, beautifully renovated 1 BR unit in a charming two-story complex with palm trees, umbrellas and a heated pool. The building and street are well-lit and we felt very safe when we were there. It’s convenient to the beach, restaurants and Publix. There’s a designated parking space and street parking if you have a second car. The condo has everything you could need during your stay including BBQ grills, fast WiFi and great A/C. Host Kathleen is very easy to communicate with and she’s only 5 minutes away. Pompano is so much fun now—the beaches are beautiful and the pier area is lively. Don’t hesitate—just book this place and go enjoy the sunshine!

Christmas Getaway

We can not say enough great and wonderful things about our condo and the service we received from the owner, Kathleen. Since we were traveling by air, it was a great relief to have the bag chairs and umbrella supplied for the beach. The condo was super clean and supplied with any small item that you may forget at home. Kathleen checked with me a couple of times throughout the week to see how things were and if there was anything more she could do make our stay more comfortable. She is the bomb! It was also great to be a half a block away from Publix and just minutes from the beach. Would definitely stay again when we're in the are and if the condo is open.

A little gem

The property was exactly as expected. Kathleen was very helpful. As we were transferring from another area of Miami, we wanted to check-in early. Kathleen was able to help. The property had everything that we needed, even with a barbecue near the pool. The pool area was always clean and well kept. Because it was off season the area was very quiet. And we often had the pool to ourselves. The property was very easy walking distance to publix and several eateries. And easy walking to the beach, the pier and many other bars and restaurants.
