Great spot. Easy to get around. Across street from Tram

The Conrad Hotel has pool spa gym. Great dinning and unit itself was perfect. Having full bath and half bath worked out well :)

A lovely place to stay in Miami. This spot in Brickell is a perfect central location. The place is very roomy, with a large separate bedroom, two bathrooms, and a spacious balcony. It's like staying in a hotel suite for far less than a standard hotel room price. It was extremely clean and had amenities I didn't even expect: a well-stocked kitchen, in-home laundry, and parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

We were beyond pleased with the property and superb hospitality of the renters. The apartment is much bigger than we expected and super clean. There is a large deck overlooking the ocean where we were able to sit and drink our coffee and read every morning. Location was perfect, near tons of excellent places to eat, and walk around. We come to Miami every year and this was easily our favorite rental so far. When we arrived I had hoped to have a blender, so the host hand delivered a blender the very next morning. Unreal service! We will be staying here again!

Nice view, parking and restaurant

Views are beautiful as described. Have to cross 3 elevator banks from garage to room. Location was off Brickell Avenue. Noisy at night with the drag racers down avenue and Unit 3001 across the hall. #3001 balcony is right next to #3014 bedroom, only separated by a window. Occupants were very loud from 3:00am to 5:00 am two nights in a row. Peep hole in bedroom frosted window allows strangers to “peek into the unit”. This needs to be corrected by owner. Unit supplies/furnishings were good but would definitely recommend replacing all pillows. Cleaning could be better (mold in shower and sticky goo in kitchen). Bed was comfortable. Pluses are views, parking, and on site restaurant.

Thank you for your review, We have spoken to cleaners to correct the issue in the shower. I hope you would of told me about the noise coming from 3001 since that is our unit as well and we could of called security for you since there is a quite time after 10:30pm. I have seen the whole in the Frost glass and we have looked from unit 3001 and you can not see in also we keep the black out down on that window. Also if windows and sliding doors is closed it is hard to here any noise from the street since we are on the 30th floor and far from the street. But if you leave the doors open you will be able to here any noise that goes on outside. We have purchased new pillows since thank you for letting us know.

Prefect for us!

Great location, walkable to many restaurants and bars. The place was clean and well stocked and very roomy. The building itself was clean and secure, we enjoyed the bar on the 25th floor.
