Hi Carol, I'd like to start off by saying that it was a genuine pleasure hosting your party during your stay. We put the utmost pride into doing the absolute most we can to meet all of our guests highest standards and we are so disappointed to hear that you felt this way following your stay. I wanted to reach out personally to address some of the concerns that you highlighted here, as we would never want our guests to feel misled. I apologize if the location and the feel of the condo did not meet your standards. It has always been marketed as an "affordable, resort-like stay" in the description, which we feel appropriately describes it. We certainly feel that it would be unfair to make our guests expect a stay that is completely the same experience as one of the extremely pricey, "luxury", corporate-owned hotels directly on Clearwater Beach. After some initial guest concerns years ago, we made sure to clearly highlight the fact that the condo was located on the third floor of the complex, so that all our guests can have a clear understanding of exactly where they are staying, if they make sure to read through the description before booking. We always appreciate comments about the decor, as we do our best to update and modernize the apartment multiple times a year, in the best way that we can. As far as the neighbors, we certainly appreciate the concern, and I can assure you that this issue will be taken up with the manager of the complex, as it is not something we often hear about. Your concerns about the fitness room will be passed along as well, as the complex does the utmost to keep up with tenant concerns. On the rare occasion that our guests are ever unsatisfied with their stay midway, we are always sure to be attentive to their concerns and are more than happy to come to some sort of resolution on it, which makes me wish that you had voiced your concerns during the occasions I reached out to you during your stay with us. I hope that this response serves you well and that you feel that your comments and concerns have been heard. We always strive to do better, whether a guest leaves a glowing review or one with concerns, so that all of our future guests' expectations are not only met, but exceeded.
