Was here for work and in this instance, needed to bring some family as well. Spent most of our time in the back yard and made use of the games. Son & dog had a blast.Host was very responsive & appreciated the cleanliness of the place!Would and likely will book again when returning to complete next phase of work there. Easy access to everywhere I needed to go within the Clearwater area.

This home was exactly what we needed, plenty of room to have guests stay, huge yard for cookouts, games etc...and a fence for privacy! We will for sure book again when in town!

We really enjoyed staying at this house for our friends vaca. Lots of fun and useful games and beach items in the backyard shed were very much appreciated!! It is a great distance to the beach, not too far. The owner was very responsive when we had questions during our stay!

Really great place

Clean, great backyard and close enough to st Pete, Saftey harbor and clear water beach. Also not a difficult drive to downtown Tampa or Raymond James stadium if you find yourself wanting to go to a hockey game, football game or concert.

Family getaway

We went to clearwater to visit some family and take my kids to the beach. The house was perfect size for my family of 5 plus my parents. My kids loved the bigger back yard with plent of room to run around. The house is a very short drive to the beach. Thanks for a nice stay!

Perfect for our family!

We wanted a place between Clearwater Beach and my 99 year old grandpa in Dunedin, so this place was perfect! We had a total of 5 adults and 3 children, and we were comfortable. The interior was clean, and the backyard was great for my 7 and 3 year old boys! We will be repeat customers. Thanks!

Great little property

My familly of seven (grandparents, my sister, and our three children) enjoyed our stay at the Mahi on Madison. The property was well maintainied and well stocked with everything we needed for our 6 day Clearwater/Sand Key Beach vacation. Sarah, our host, was warm and accomodating leading up to and throughout our trip. She patiently helped me figure out how to work the firepit on a Saturday night, and was receptive to every question we had. Our kids had an absolute ball in the backyard, and the shed is well equipped with EVERYTHING you might need for a beach vacation. The neighborhood felt safe enough, but it may have been the one negative about the trip--that and the viscious mosquitoes that made it a little difficult to enjoy the outdoors. The neighbordhood itself felt very working class, but was conveniently located to the beach. Overall, this felt like a budget friendly, family friendly beach vacation spot and I would recommend!

Great spot in between two Clearwater Beach and Dunedin!

So lo my story short I was scammed with my first rental and I was scrambling to find a location that was nice and affordable last minute. THIS IS THE SPOT! This house is perfectly situated between Clearwater Beach and Dunedin which gets you to Honeymoon Island. I loved the house, it had everything you would ever need, to include a crib, high chair, stroller, back yard games, beach chairs, body wash and shampoo and conditioner, all the works of coffee. I mean I could go on! The attention yo detail was amazing. I don’t think we were ever inside because of the backyard. The fire pit at night was amazing for these “winter” nights. It was one of the best places I have stayed in. Super recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

We decided to snowbird this year and stayed for 40 days. We needed somewhere we would be comfortable and our dog could have a yard. The property is centrally located between Dunedin and St Petersburg. Travel was good. Not more than 15-20 minutes for anything we needed. We were not sure what we should bring, being away from home for so long… The beds were very comfortable!! The house was fully stocked. Just needed to bring our groceries and clothes in. Some of the items that surprised us were a big supply of tea, Keurig cups, and creamers. And all the spices you can imagine. More than enough plates, bowls, glasses and silverware as well as pots, pans, and utensils.There was also a full complement of towels, etc.; there was even a stock of toothbrushes and sunscreen.We used the grill and firepit quite a bit. The backyard is beautiful and big. We brought our dog and not sure how she would handle the turf in the backyard, but she had no problems. We played some of the backyard games. They really did think of everything.The neighborhood was nice. Huge Driveway. No sidewalk outside the house to walk the dog, but it's close to the corner and sidewalk. Sarah is a great host. We contacted her, and she got back to us quickly. She was very responsive and did everything she could to make our stay pleasant.I highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip to Clearwater.
