GANNON - ¡Trae tu caña de pescar!

Thank you for the 5-star review! We are so glad to know how wonderful your stay was. Until next time!

Hi Stephen, We appreciate your rating and feedback. We are glad to know you enjoyed your stay. Your comment is noted and we'll share it with the team. We hope to welcome you back at another time.

Hello Agenor, Thanks so much for your feedback. We really appreciate you pointing out the issues – it helps us make things better for future guests. We’ve taken note about the lower shower needing a door, the cleaning under the beds, and the fly screens. Sorry these weren’t sorted before you arrived. We have also just looked through the correspondence and none of the issues were reported to our office during your stay - we would have loved to have rectified them for you. Thanks for stepping in to fix the screens yourself – that was really kind of you. We’ve also checked the listing it is clear that linen isn’t provided, if you could let one of us know where it was missed we will make sure that it is more obvious. Glad to hear you enjoyed the great location! Hopefully we’ll get a chance to host you again with everything just right next time. Kind regards, GOR Holidays

Hi Shams, Thanks for your review, we'll ensure that the cleaning and cooking appliances are dealt with and ready for future use by other guests. We do apologise for some appliance faults occurring at the property, but we love that you were still able to enjoy your time at the property. We hope to see you again! Thanks Patrick @ GORHolidays

Hello Xavier, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—we are truly sorry to hear about the condition of the property upon your arrival and the distress this caused for you and your family. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we completely understand how disappointing and disruptive this situation would have been, particularly when travelling with elderly family members. We’re pleased that one of our team members was able to assist you promptly on the day and organise alternative accommodation within half an hour. We do our very best to resolve urgent matters as quickly as possible, and we’re glad we could provide a solution in this instance. We would also like to note that this particular property is owner-cleaned. That said, we are currently working closely with the owner to implement a more consistent and reliable cleaning solution to ensure standards are met moving forward. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we sincerely apologise again for your experience. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Many thanks GOR Holidays

This review is based on lies. The power was a safety switch which was turned back on within 5 minutes. Yes the dish cloth needed to be replaced and was amongst a whole range of items dropped to the property. There was no smell. Our experience dealing with Mimoza was horrible. We do not want her or her group staying at any of our proerties ever again.
