Loggerhead Cay # 574 es un condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el piso superior con vistas en ángulo del Golfo de México. Con baños y muebles de sala de estar recientemente renovados, se sentirá como en casa y listo para disfrutar de su estadía en la isla Sanibel. Una cocina completa con encimeras de granito y mesa de comedor para 6 personas lo hacen fácil de cocinar y entretener. También se proporcionan 3 televisores, Wi-Fi, reproductor de DVD y equipo de playa para su uso. Las comodidades del complejo Loggerhead Cay incluyen: piscina climatizada, ascensores, parrillas a gas, cancha de tenis y shuffleboard. Logger Cay

Property was well appointed and updated. We had a problem with a clogged drain in the shower and a bad smell in the bathroom. A plumber arrived the next day and removed the clog but the smell remained. He told us to call if it didn’t clear up but we didn’t call since we only had a week left to stay. It just wasn’t convenient for us. We reported it again when we left so hopefully they took care of it before the next guests arrived. Overall it was a nice place to stay next to the beach.

Six years ago we dealt with Sanibel Holiday for the first time with a rental at Loggerhead Cay and enjoyed the service and property so much we simply renew with them each year. Always attentive and respond rapidly to any questions and concerns we have had. This was our first time at #574 but everything was as described, property clean, well maintained and excellent location in the complex. We asked for some additional beach chairs and Sanibel Holiday contacted the owner and they agreed and promptly provided them within less than half a day. We have already booked our stay for next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I picked this unit because of being pet friendly for our little dog. Unit was very clean. Furniture was a little dated but with a rental that can be expected. Newer kitchen cabinets, counter tops and appliances. We were furnished with new bath towels which hadn't been washed which in turn left us covered in lint every time we bathed. Bathrooms could use updating. Nice new tvs and free wifi. Would have been nice to have beach towels provided, had to go buy some for the week. Only had two beach chairs so had to borrow beach chairs from a friend who lives in Ft Myers. Be prepared to buy more paper towels and toilet paper. Coffee maker in unit but bring your coffee filters along with coffee. Loggerhead is conveniently located close to bridge so easy to get on and off island.

Excellent property and location (on the beach).Large pool area.Wish I knew there was a cart to bring up luggage, on the patio before I dragged everything up piece by piece.Sure made it easier for my guest.

Room had high speed internet for my boys to play their online games which was key to our trip. Lovely location near the beach. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the pool with a hint of the beach in the background. The unit could be greatly improved with better/newer beach amenities such as beach umbrella, chairs and cart. I was envious of my friends unit which included Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella and CART. Cart is key to haul all chairs, umbrella, drinks and towels to the beach in ONE trip. Also on the day we left, the dryer did not properly dry our beach towels.

The unit could use new living room furniture. It was not the most comfortable and it looked dirty. The unit was very clean other than the outside of the refrigerator/freezer door. It was not clean at all. Had trouble with the AC unit but management was looking into it Property managers were very friendly and helpful. There's not really a view of the ocean unless you stand at the edge of the screened in balcony, but it's a great view of the pool. We enjoyed our stay but it would be a nice improvement with new living room furniture.

I will certainly pass along your review to the owner to see if new furniture is something they may want to consider. Loggerhead Cay is a larger property so there are many view options views, long views over the courtyard , strictly courtyard views and direct Gulf views which are at those units closest to the beach. What many love about Loggerhead Cay 574 is not only it's angled Gulf views over the pool but that this owner allows for dogs (under 25 lbs per Loggerhead Cay Association rules). While Sanibel itself is very dog friendly it is quite difficult to find a condo that allows them to stay. We hope your future travel plans bring you back to Sanibel and we would love the opportunity to find you the perfect accommodations for you and your family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of three stayed at Loggerhead Cay 574. The unit is a bit run down, furniture needs to be updated. The bathrooms were lovely and the kitchen as well. Our unit overlooked the pool, which was nice. We had good customer service as the elevator was broken one day during our stay and fixed immediately. Sanibel is a lovely place to visit with lots of good restaurants. Out favorite was on Captiva, The Bubble room. Walking on the beach was our favorite activity.
