A $175 cleaning fee will be applied every 2 weeks beyond the initial 21-day period. This includes a full cleaning service similar to the one done between guest stays. We’ll coordinate with you to schedule the cleanings conveniently during your stay. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the home in top condition!
