Dear Murry It did not go unnoticed that you decanted the luxury soaps we supply into your cheap shampoo bottles, as its simply not possible to use two full bottles in four days. Then you say that we are not luxury. You are aware there are new curtains outside waiting to be installed yet you feel the need to say we have old curtains.

We had a wonderful stay, the location of the property within Paihia is fantastic and means you can ge around easily on foot. The property was very well furnished and had everything you need to cook and relax. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Great location lovely place

We stayed for just over a week and found it perfect for what we needed. Located in the heart of Paihia, everything was in walking distance or a short drive. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very friendly and helpful. It was lovely we could have our small dog with us and made our stay even better.

Wonderful Stay!

Robert’s apartment was ideal for our 9 day stay in Paihia. Loads of room in the apartment, and the location couldn’t have been better. We could walk to everything in town. The kitchen was well appointed, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was updated. Robert was responsive to all our questions and most accommodating. We would definitely rent this spot again.

Holiday

Excellent location very well equipped and comfortable. If using pull down bed be aware of it's weight. Thought might be given for an extra cupboard for clothes if using this bed. Can recommend this property.

Stay at Pahia

We were comfortable but there was no toilet paper, one tea bag, the TV didn't work. The cabin was comfortable but was not vacuumed. The beauty products were good. Unfortunately the people upstairs had a loud party on our last which was still going at 11.30.

The TV does work, its a brand new internet TV. I leave my subscribed services logged on but it pays to have your own pwds. There was toilet paper, it was missed in the clean but supplied as soon as it was mentioned.

After a long-time association with Northland as our preferred holiday destination, we decided it was time to move north in 2016. We reconstructed 30 School Road as North Base, purpose built holiday home accommodation for groups of all sizes, from couples seeking a quiet time away to families and groups visiting the Bay of Islands for weddings and other events.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The house at 30 School Road was in need of a rebuild when we purchased, the location was perfect for what we had in mind: elevated with a view over town to the Bay and beyond, north facing and sheltered. We recognised potential in the house as holiday accommodation, even though we had to tear most of it down and start again. Today our dreams and visions have been realised and in our first four years of operation we have welcomed visitors from all over New Zealand and internationally.
