"Sunny, spacious, and relaxing" describes this gulf front condo on the second floor. With plenty of comfortable seating, a 54" flat panel television, and access to the gulf front balcony, our living room offers room for everyone. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, and all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals for the family. Dining seating is provided for 10 guests.
With access to the balcony, our elegant master bedroom offers a king bed, a comfortable sitting area with a writing desk, a flat panel television, and generous closet space. The ensuite master bathroom features a whirlpool bathtub, shower, and a double vanity. The second bedroom features a queen bed, a flat panel television, and a guest closet. For the little guys, there is a bunk bed alcove with two twin beds and a flat panel television. The conveniently located guest bathroom offers a bathtub/shower combination. There is a full laundry room and complimentary WIFI. A private covered parking spot is provided below the unit. You may access the covered breezeway from the parking space by stairs or elevator.
Walk to the beach in just a minute or two! Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. Our guests will enjoy special property amenities including a unique 7,500-square-foot lagoon swimming pool, a lighted tennis court, a fitness center, sauna, and a meeting room that is available upon request. Plus, bountiful shopping, dining and attractions are just a few minutes' drive away in nearby Panama City Beach, Destin, and the beach towns along 30A. The Dunes of Seagrove condominium features charging stations for Tesla and other electric automobiles.

Our favorite place on 30A - can't wait to go back!
We have stayed at the Dunes of Seagrove a number of times, but this condo was our favorite. The decor was gorgeous, the beds were extremely comfortable, there were plenty of kitchen amenities, and we had easy access to the pool & beach.
As a family of four - two adults & two kids - we highly recommend this condo. Seagrove and the whole 30A strip is our favorite and staying at the Dunes makes it all the better.
This condo really was almost perfect. It was beautifully decorated in "beach" tones, but not gaudy and overly beachy. It was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 2 small children. Great location, right on the beach! Fantastic pools, as well, for when one gets tired of sand & waves. My suggestions: provide more (and better quality) trash bags, nicer bath towels (the ones we had were the crazy cheap, old hotel ones that are more the size of a bath mat), small hand vacuum to spot clean sand that's tracked in, and a channel guide/list for tv.
We recently stayed at this condo. Decor was nice, loved the location. Couple of suggestions/thoughts. It advertised that it came with towels, but only came with bath towels, nothing large enough for beach use. My main suggestion is a dresser in the master. It has no dresser at all and a very small closet with no hangers. I could have brought my own I guess. We had to live out of our suitcase for the week, which was a bit annoying. I would consider staying here again though.
I Was disappointed with this condo. When we arrived the balcony had dirt and old chips under the table with no broom to sweet this up. The staff did respond in a couple of hours.
The sliding glass door to balcony is 20+ years old and could barely open. Maintenance did come out and put oil on it and put back on its track. I found the carpet in bedrooms old and dirty and the bathrooms are very dated 20+ years old by the looks. Just not up to par for me. I would rather stay at a Hilton where everything is new or updated like bathrooms and clean.
Thank you for your comments, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment you may have experienced. The salty air from the beach can cause the sliding door to be difficult to slide, therefore, our staff regularly maintains the sliding door channel. The condo was recently updated, and is presented exactly as shown in the photographs. We try hard to list all pertinent information about a property in the online advertisement so our guests can make an informed decision about a property's suitability to their preferences. Some of our properties have carpeting, and some have no carpeting at all. We have a variety of choices! Our staff is always happy to help you find the perfect property for your family. We hope to hear from you again when plans bring you back to the beach!
This condo was very spacious, offered comfortable beds, had a nicely stocked kitchen, huge patio with lots of seating, perfect calming beach decor, pretty good view of the beach & water, located near great restaurants and shops. Bring your bikes or rent some from the shop across the street.
The owners were great to work with. While we were there, there was construction going on on the other buildings in the complex which was very loud and annoying but the owners took that into consideration and gave us a discounted rate based on that situation.
If you were planning a trip here, I would suggest checking to make sure the pool was going to be heated in advance if it is in the off season. We were under the impression it was going to be heated as of March 1 (which is one of the main reasons we chose a unit in this complex) but turns out, they decided not to heat until Easter weekend. This time of the year, it is really too chilly to get in the ocean and pool was too cold too. It would've been nice for our kids (and us parents) to have some water to play in. :(
Again, overall great condo and owners were super nice! Great location situated right in between Seaside & Rosemary.
Décor was like walking into a model home with gulf views from almost every room.
We biked to Rosemary for dinner at Eduardo's and Seaside for sunset at Bud and Alley's.
Private parking stall directly underneath and elevator access made it easy for groceries.
Very comfortable and relaxing walking just a few steps to the beach.
Tennis court on property and sauna were a huge plus.
We loved leaving bedroom door open to listen to beach surf at bedtime.
We will definitely be back.
