Good enough

The good: Location location location. Pool was nice for the kiddos. Parking was convenient. Leftover beach toys for the kids to use. The bad: No body wash or soap or shampoo for shower.. Quarter roll of paper towels. No extra trash bags. Pull out beds are extremely uncomfortable.

Great place to stay by the beach

My partner and I loved this place. It was across the street from the beach, had a pool and was walking distance from convenient stores and restaurants. It was the perfect getaway!

Great place near the beach

We had a work conference just down the road. We were able to relax in the pool after work or swim in the ocean or just collect sea shells. This spot is a great location. I love the little kitchen. Everything we needed was there.

Quiet beach getaway

Nice studio apartment. Fridge did not work very well. We just used the freezer as the fridge. Nice pool and short walk to beach

It was ok..

The location of this place is great you are right next to a lot of restaurants and shops that are within walking distance. The beach is right across the street, which is nice. The place is small, there isn't a lot of room in there. But, if you are staying alone or with 1 other person it is manageable. While we were staying in the place there was a problem with the plumbing in the whole unit. We pee and come up through the shower drain. It wasn't pretty and smelled horrible. When we called the owner of the condo he was helpful with getting us into another place to stay that night while it was getting fixed. I did appreciate his willingness to help us and make accommodations but it was unfortunate that we were in that situation in the first place. Also, the cleaning company for these condos doesn't provide paper towels, and when we asked the owner for some we never got them. So if you are thinking about staying here and using paper towels I would suggest bringing your own. Overall this place is ok. The location is probably the best part.

We enjoyed the pool area. Our room was small but clean. Location was good. We had no problem with parking. When I called for towel change-out, my call was answered right away and there was a quick response. Our biggest complaint was how noisy our unit was. Between the people above us and all the door slamming , construction, car alarms, it was difficult to relax at times. The towels were very rough and I actually got a rub burn on my elbow from the sheets. I won't even address the pillow sitch.

Hidden gem!

Condo perfect for beach lovers!! Supplies everything needed short of a can opener, and i might have missed it! Such a clean, cool, great priced little place to get away. Description is accurate, pool is heated, not so good in July, beach is truly a 1 minute walk across the parking lot. Parking is not monitered for no one to use your designated spot at all, but we never had to park super far away, and it is only bad during the day. Pm was easy to get a close spot... this location is close to SO MUCH *Beach bonus, Upham beach has umbrella and chair rental, tiki place for grub, cold water and beer! Thank you for sharing your place with us! It was an awesome trip!

Cozy getaway for two!

Our experience was great! We were only a few steps from the beach, and enjoyed the studio condo and pool. The unit was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen items. 100% would stay again!

Great location. Right next to a nice beach with a perfect bar with great breakfast options. The apartment is dated and not too big. The apartment was not big enough for two adults and two kids once the pull out sofa is used for sleeping.

Great location

Our family loved being literally steps away from Saint Pete Beach. The beach was super clean and beautiful. The property was clean, had great Wi-Fi, and a bunch of things that you could use to enhance your trip (fishing poles, beach toys, etc.). Great location nearby many restaurants. Overall, it was a great trip.

Upham Beachside Studio.

Looks like Upham is my current favorite St Pete Beach neighborhood. The studio unit is all I needed for my staycation. Lovely pool which was heated on the cooler days. Unit needs a few window upgrades and repairs but they are working on them. The manager is always available and helpful. First floor location right next to the pool allows easy access. Highly recommend

Affordable

Studio was clean. Box springs on Murphy bed needs replacing. Never checked the sleeper sofa mattress. Pool needed attention & was murky. Management responded each time we called but there was only so much the pool guy could do. Roger was great. He always answered our calls and was very helpful. You get what you pay for.
