The private backyard is where you'll spend most of your evenings. Romantic getaway newly renovated luxury Garden cottage is a 350 square foot open space studio apartment, with dim-able lights, a small fully equipped kitchen, microwave, hotplates, Fridge / Freezer, only 6 blocks from downtown restaurants and bars and 200 yards from Bryant Park and its stunning Intracoastal water views. Brand new pillow top mattress, 100% high thread count cotton sheets changed weekly if you decide to stay longer, fresh, soft towels and washcloths, high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and soap for guests to use. We also supply you with initial stocks of paper towels, toilet paper, dish and hand soap, Bicycles, beach chairs, and Beach Umbrella.
