Property is exactly as pictured. You have your own parking spot in the driveway. You have a gate keypad lock and you walk on a sidewalk that’s well lit at night to the back of the house to your own private studio apt. There are 2 apts In the back of the house with a nice grassy area if you want to sit outside. Studio had great flooring, amenities and was spotless. Just wish I had a dresser for my clothes. The washer and dryer are in a locked closet outside and worked great. Stayed for one month while doing a medical rotation at Palm Beach hospital. Location was easy to the highway. Neighborhood is a bit rough but felt safe. Thank you for a smooth month and being responsive to my questions!

Beautiful clean unit with a responsible host! Check in was easy, and the unit was reasonably priced and just what we needed. Except for; the listing says air conditioned yet there is no thermostat in the unit. Every day the unit was comfortable, but at night time it got excessively hot. I had to message the host each time I wanted the unit cooler and it didn’t really seem successful. For a listing that isn’t a room in a house, it’s its own studio apartment, I should have my own temperature control.
