The upstairs apartment was perfect, it was spotless and in a quiet location. It was a bit of a walk into Broadway but there was a bus service which was useful. The decor was tasteful and there were good quality linens and soaps. It was a very safe and friendly neighbourhood. Comfy bed, good shower and good WiFi. We would recommend a stay here

Staying at Joe’s is like staying with family. Great parking, comfortable bed, nice hot shower, all the comforts of home. This is not the place for your Instagram worthy photos or tik tok videos, but if you’re reading this review, those are probably good things to you! Convenient location in a lovely neighborhood. We will definitely stay with Joe again.

Perfect location, everything in the rental was as described, ease of communication with owner, peaceful. The unit was equipped with everything you would need. Highly recommend, esp if you enjoy being able to walk to areas around Vanderbilt.

Our host Joe was wonderful. The location is just perfect for us so close to downtown, highways, local neighborhoods for food and drink. Our rental had everything we needed and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again if traveling to Nashville.
