Located on Second Avenue across from the Visitor's Center, this delightful second floor apartment rental with private deck and great views is the perfect getaway for a weekend, week or longer. The vacation rental has two bedrooms with one queen bed in the master bedroom and a twin trundle bed in the second bedroom. It is equipped with a full kitchen (with mini-fridge), full bath (with shower), all linens, internet, cable TV and is easy walking distance to museums, shops, boat harbor, beach and restaurants.

No smoking, no pets. Weekly maid service.
Maximum occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children

Open year round.

Price is for two adults. Extra guests $10/person/night

Great location in a wonderful community

This is a cute little place right in the middle of Haines, with access to shops, dining and the school all within walking distance. The owner was easy to work with and the overall process was very smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy apartment downtown Haines

Nice place

Would stay again. Well appointed. Older building but clean and cozy. Very good check in and communication with host. It has a few quirks but a nice, clean, comfy spot in Haines.

Separate bedrooms was great. Short walk to grocery store. Right amount of dishes and some spices. Surprisingly quiet for being right on the street. Steep steps to get in and out - hence the name The Attic. Wish we'd had use of a closer laundry since it was drizzly for part of the stay.

Wonderful, cozy central location

The attic is a great little loft style apartment centrally located in Haines. We were able to walk everywhere easily and Randa was very accommodating. Use the space heaters provided if it gets below 20 degrees out, they really help out. Randa provided updated ferry schedules and even comped us a day when our flights were delayed for multiple days. We will be back for sure.

Great place

We love staying at the Attic. Just one small recommendation is a bigger fridge with a freezer would be useful. Other than that, it's a perfect place.

Perfect location for us-- right between the boat harbor and the fair grounds. Randa was very prompt at responding to any questions we had and the apartment was even nicer than expected from the photos.

Lovely experience in all regards

Accommodation exceeded expectations- we had an amazing view from both dining area and living room. Well equipped, quiet, excellent location for access to town and perfect for walkers like us. Very clean, comfy, and communication with landlord was always expedient and supportive. A gem.

Great location, great place

The Attic is located in town and is walking distance from all museums, galleries, and restaurants in town. It has a lovely deck with town, mountain, and water views. The kitchen is well equipped, but do be warned that the freezer is very small. Other than that, you'll have everything you need. We had a late ferry out, and since no one else had the place that night we're able to check out in late afternoon...which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay again, and Haines was beautiful so there is a good chance we'll be back. If you're considering stating here, don't hesitate.

Great place, perfect location!

We had a couple nights at the Attic while visiting Haines and had a great time. Clean, spacious, great kitchen and patio. Perfectly located in town. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views from the living room windows of the snow covered mountains. Great location downtown. Easy walk to everywhere. The museum a block away is a must see!
