Palm Point Loft es el lugar perfecto para que vengas y experimentes la paz y la belleza de Providenciales. Ubicado al lado del canal, este espacioso apartamento de 2 dormitorios + 2 baños en el segundo piso está ubicado en el centro, a 5-10 minutos de las atracciones locales: Grace Bay Beach, restaurantes y supermercados. La unidad es espaciosa y luminosa y ofrece un santuario privado para que los huéspedes se relajen en su propio balcón, el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de la suave brisa del agua mientras contempla la puesta de sol.

Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a accesorios de playa (sillas de playa portátiles, sombrillas, toallas de playa), kayaks para recorrer el Canal, cenador y cubierta superior con barbacoa. La propiedad incluye acceso al muelle.

Quiet area, spacious, all amenities available. Close drive to grocery, airport and all other restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for a few days beach-hopping around the Turks!

Our family loved this location and the beautiful property for our short getaway. From this central location it was very quick to get to Grace Bay, Discovery Bay, Sapodilla Bay, Long Bay and Taylor Bay! The property is spacious and very stocked!

Nice place to stay on Provo

Very safe, clean, spacious stay for the family. Owners are super friendly and helpful. You need a car to get around. If you have a car, everything is relatvely close. Kitchen is well outfitted and beds are very comfortable.

Great Comfortable Spot

The Unit was great and exactly what we needed. Everything you want and a wonderful view to come back to after a day of working on jobsites - or vacation! Grilled dinner on the porch each night! Clean, Comfortable, Private, Great internet, TV was great, AC was great.....

Tranquil setting

Place was clean and located between downtown and Grace Bay. Unit had everything you could want. Grill wasn't clean was our only disappointment. Will definitely stay there again.

Discovery bay palmpoint loft

Had a great stay at the palm point loft. Hosts provided prompt and friendly communication. Property had everything we needed for a beach vacation. Especially, enjoyed paddle boarding the canals with equipment on premises. Would stay again.

Great property!

This was a wonderful rental-very clean, great location, nice extra amenities for the beach like snorkel gear, cooler, chairs, etc. Very private and quiet despite the fact that owner’s home is on main level. Highly recommend!

Safe and accommodating

The place was really clean. Mark met us outside upon arrival and gave us recommendations for activities and dining. The house was stocked with essentials and any beach accessories you might need. Great views and would definitely recommend!

Great property and equally great location

This is a spacious and excellent property for a family or two couples travelling together. The property is located on a point of land in the canal/waterway with water on 2 sides. It is a very quiet, beautiful spot and only minutes to activites and restaurants. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed including local recommendations and were very responsive to any inquiries we had. We highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Stay!

I had an outstanding stay at Mark's VRBO in Turks and Caicos. Mark's excellent communication and prompt resolution of an issue with the drains were impressive. The property is not only beautiful but also well-equipped with baby and beach essentials. I highly recommend this place, and having a car enhanced our overall experience. Five stars!

The loft is comfortable and clean. It has all the necessities to make your stay complete. Mark is very attentive to our needs. We asked and he provides. A place to very much consider staying when in TIC.

Great Home, Great Location

Great location, great place. Everything was as advertised. Owners were very responsive. Our family loved our stay here. The deck was a great place to view the canal, sit and eat (and bar-b-que). Inside the house was good too but we didn't spend much time inside. The kitchen had everything we needed. The airconditioning in the bedrooms was nice for sleeping. We used the paddleboards along the canal. The location was central and easy access to get groceries, go to the beach... You need a car. I would recommend this location!!!

Picturesque canal location

This bright and spacious apartment in a quiet location occupies the top floor of the house and has a wide covered balcony to sit and enjoy the sunset. Everything that we needed was anticipated. Thanks to a very responsive host. We would recommend this property and stay here again.

A relaxing place with warm taste

Without been a huge place, the kitchen, dining and living room was of good size for all of us to hang around in the afternoon after spending our days on the beautiful beaches. Pots, pans, dishes, etc.,we had everything we needed for cooking. I can’t say enough about how they kept the surrounding areas that flamed the landscape and water features of the area.

Simply Perfect

I have been coming to Provo for over twenty years. I have stayed in all kinds of Condos,Hotel rooms and homes. Palm Tree Point is a little gem just found. The price per night in Provo is exceptional. The apartment has plenty of room and is very comfortable. It is a perfect base to enjoy what Turks and Caicos has to offer! I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks

Home Away from a Home but in Paradise

We had a great stay, checkin process was very easy, owner’s communicated if requested any info from them… Amazing fig tree that we where able to treat ourselves to figs during the week and Mark the owner gave us a fresh Papaya one of the days Would like more room in the closets to hang your cloths as they where filled with many items which made next to impossible to hang your clothes Would recommend more bath towels and definitely NEW beach chairs….beach umbrella which is a huge plus as you WILL need one Overall be had a great time at Palm Point Loft Thank you Sergio

This was my first time doing an Air B and B we were connected with Vrbo most communication is done threw the app me being a social person it was a difference but hey the host was very responsive , The property is beautiful they had everything you needed for a little one , It was clean beautiful and affordable, definitely comming back a true hidden gem dont wanna be selfish but gotta let others know because this spot was just perfect! Close to the beach groceries and restaurants you do need a car but dont follow the gps listen to the host in written directions. Comfortable the Seashells in the house made me feel like i was right near the Ocean and the Stars at night on deck OMG , definitely 🙌 a great experience overall!

A great week!

Our group of five loved our time at Palm Point Loft! The space was perfect with lots of room for all of us. Quiet area. Great location, easy to get to and from with rental car. (which is needed) About five minutes to Smith’s Reef, five minutes for groceries, maybe 15 to Grace Beach and Fish Fry. It was very clean and was also well stocked with everything we needed - pots, pans, dishes, and extra bedding / pillows. Loved the AC! There were plenty of beach towels, a stash of snorkeling gear / fins, coolers, and beach chairs. Mark shared an extra couple of beach chairs and beach umbrella. He was incredibly helpful and responsive - met us after we checked in to share suggestions and answer questions. (We were especially appreciative to be able to drop off our luggage and groceries before picking up additional family members at the airport.) Looking forward to coming back.

Misleading description of property

Good afternoon… Our stay was comfortable, the description of amenities was misleading. It didn’t have a hot tub, which was advertised until I brought to the owner attention. She quickly removed after we arrived at property. We didn’t have access to washer and dryer as described for amenities. We wasn’t aware that washer and dryer access only applies if you stay 5 days or longer. We had a few issues, which the sink was fix right away. The stoppage for tub didn’t work if you want to take a bath. We had to buy supplies for the unit. Lights on patio didn’t work. Overall we was comfortable, but just a little disappointed after arriving at the property. But if your looking for a quite place to stay while traveling. This is a great location. Just ask questions before paying.

We had an excellent stay at Palm Point Loft. The hosts were genuinely welcoming, friendly, and very helpful from start to finish. The property is in a quiet, peaceful spot on the canal, exactly what we were hoping for.What really stood out was how thoughtfully equipped the place was. They provided all the things you can’t realistically pack but absolutely need on a trip like this: towels, personal flotation devices for our child, sand toys, masks, snorkels, and even child car seats. That made traveling with a young child dramatically easier.The space itself was comfortable and well set up, and as a bonus, we loved meeting their dog Freya, she was a highlight for our family.Highly recommend Palm Point Loft to anyone, especially families. We’d happily stay again.

We love the Discovery Bay area, it is a quiet residential community that is central to everything Providenciales has to offer. Beautiful sunrises, and sunsets, and we love looking out on the water.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Loft apartment has a calming feel to it, and you can sit out on the upper deck for hours enjoying the constant breeze rolling in. The Canal makes for great exploration by Kayak, and Grace Bay beach is only minutes away.
