L'unité fait face au nord qui lui donne le soleil d'hiver et les brises d'été, a des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan et la plage et est à distance de marche des magasins, des restaurants et de l'hôtel. L'unité a un accès direct à la plage par des allées traversant des jardins paysagers.

Caractéristiques: Trois chambres (toutes avec encastrement), deux salles de bain dont une baignoire pleine grandeur et 3 toilettes dont une salle d'eau supplémentaire au niveau du séjour, terrasses couvertes avec vue imprenable sur l'océan et la plage. L'unité a TV couleur, magnétoscope ou DVD, CD et chaîne stéréo, lave-linge automatique, sèche-linge, barbecue et parking en sous-sol. Cette unité est filtrée.


Cette unité a 1 lit queen et 4 lits simples (toutes les chambres avec ventilateurs de plafond)
Linge fourni pour les réservations effectuées après le 1/12/18, NB Les lits ne sont pas faits et le linge peut être à retourner à notre bureau lors du retour des clés.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is spacious and with a wonderful view over Cylinder Beach. The beach itself is literally a 5 mn walk from the appartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and the terrace is furnished with a table, chairs and barbecue allowing for breakfast and dinners outside while enjoying the view.However, cleanliness could be improved (they were some mold stains on some parts of the ceiling for instance).

We are very pleased you enjoyed the spaciousness and convenient location of the unit. Thank you for acknowledging that the unit offers a well stocked kitchen and the ability to dine on the deck while taking in the amazing water views. We take maintenance matters seriously as do the owners so have searched for evidence of mould but although we can't find any cause for concern we thank you you for bringing it to our attention and will monitor this. Ww hope to host you again in the future.

The kitchen was stocked amazingly with platters / steak knives / plenty of glassware etc etc. Which makes entertaining friends easy when they pop up from the beach unexpectedly. The location of the units is fabulous. We would definitely love to stay in this unit again. Cheers

We loved our stay

Reviewer Comments: The view was out of this world and the accommodation was what we expected, a little old so we didn't feel like we had to be precious, but still comfy. The fan in one room was not working so it made the hot nights uncomfortable. We did not let the agent know until we vacated, so possibly if we had it may have been able to be fixed. The accommodation is walkable to the beach but there are a few stairs to get up and down, that could be an issue for some but not for us. The space was surprisingly well stocked with basics, we did a lot of cooking on the BBQ and we even enjoyed some of the books for a good holiday read. We got to see a lot of wildlife which was fabulous, including a few snakes (redbelly black and eastern brown) so be on the lookout while you're out and about. We loved everything about our stay, thank you for having us.... we will absolutely be back.

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at Cylinder Cove, walking, swimming, heading to Point Lookout for gelato (Whale Tail is the best!) and seeing whales, turtles, dolphins and birds on the Gorge Walk. The apartment had incredible views and all the basics. It is a little worn and the master bedroom mattress was very firm. The cleaning was also a bit patchy, with things like small blobs of conditioner and a hair left in a shower cubicle, crumbs in the couch and dust in places. Having said that, floors and kitchen were clean and we'd still return (but would be hoping the bed was updated!)

Magnificent! And of course, who can argue with great wifi ;)We had so much fun going down to Cylinder Beach, playing board games and binging old Disney movies! Classic young adult stuff.The place was amazing when we arrived. Really nice and clean, which was so nice to arrive to! Kudos to the cleaners!Overall, an amazing, long-awaited beach getaway. Reviewer Comments: If you want a view equal to any island paradise, this is for you.The apartment looks out over Cylinder Beach towards Moreton Island and the view never disappoints.There is easy access to the beach by a walkway from the unit.The apartment is well equipped and well-appointed.It's clean and comfortable.A couple of points to keep in mind.If you or your guests have mobility issues, this apartment will be a problem for you.It's two storeys inside, and twos sets of steps from the carpark.The walk to the beach via the walkway could also be a problem for some.So keep that in mind, if you have any people who might have problems with this.There is one car park, and if you have another car, getting use of the visitor park can be difficult at times.

Fantastic Apartment at Point Lookout

Best place we have stayed at in 4 trips to Straddie. So close to the beach, the shops & the pub. Fantastic views- we saw whales and dolphins from our balcony, kookaburras and kangaroos nearby.

Fantastic location

Amazing view. Very peaceful. Very roomy and comfortable apartment in a great location. Didn’t like having to make my bed and return the linen. If I’m paying for a linen pack it might as well be on the bed when I fall into it that night. We came prepared with oil, salt and pepper for a bbq. There was already oil salt and pepper in the cupboard so didn’t need it however the bbq wouldn’t stay lit in The light breeze that was blowing and the kitchen equipment is a little dated so didn’t really do the quality steaks we brought With us any justice. A Weber Q would be a good standard bbq out on the balcony. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay

Close to everything

This apartment had everything we needed for a great family holiday. Beautiful view of the beach, easy walk to Cylinder beach, the local shop or to Lookout Point.
