This spectacular, north end, corner unit is conveniently located halfway between historic Lahaina Town and the prestigious Kapalua Golf Resort. Enjoy panoramic, unobstructed views of the neighboring islands Lanai and Molokai, while watching whales (seasonal) breach out of the water, sea turtles and fish swimming by and enjoy breath taking beautiful sunsets!

Experience the time of your life in this spacious, newly remodeled, one bedroom unit. Located at the Maui Kai Condominium, 106 Kaanapali Shores Place Unit 408, Lahaina, HI 96761. This is on the 4th floor, north end corner unit with an unobstructed, incredible, spectacular view, right on the ocean. There is a huge, sandy beach on both sides of the Maui Kai for your beach and ocean enjoyment!
Our family condo has just been remodeled with new flooring, paint and nice classy furniture. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with new appliances, new custom cabinets, granite countertops and everything you need to prepare your favorite specialties. The bathroom shower has great water pressure into a 4 foot bath tub, granite counter and sink, bath towels and beach towels provided. The one bedroom has a new, very comfortable Calif. King Size bed, new furniture and a closet for your clothes. The lanai has sliding windows to close up in stormy weather or opened up on our normal trade wind weather days for the Hawaiian natural air conditioner. Close up the Unit to make the house A/C to work great! sp All the comforts of home at low rates year round. Only steps away to the long sand beach below with snorkeling, surfing and beach activities. A picture tells a 1000 words, so truly live your paradise dream and make this your Hawaiian second home!

Our stay was perfect! The condo is as described. Very clean. The bed is more comfortable than ours at home. This condo offers an amazing view of the ocean and beach. You can't beat the views! We enjoyed watching turtles each day. The unit was well supplied. It's older and could use some updates but the ocean views totally made up for what the condo was lacking. Neal was quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Weve stayed at several suites in Maui Kai and this was by far our favorite. The views for this corner lot are absolutely stunning and the place was very clean and spacious. Neal is an excellent host that went out of his way to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely stay here again and can't recommend this place enough!

Gorgeous view in a wonderful location!
Beautiful corner unit with gorgeous views all around! Great to have the food truck park in walking distance and we found lots of fun shopping and food spots nearby. Without knowing much when we booked, we really liked this location on Maui, finding it well located to many of the activities that we wanted to enjoy. The unit is well appointed with a new kitchen that includes everything needed to cook up good meals and enjoy alongside the breathtaking view. It was a pleasure to be hosted by Neal. He was available as needed and quickly addressed our questions. We appreciated all of the thoughtful touches throughout the unit, including plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and beach towels. We would certainly recommend this gem for your stay on Maui!

Outstanding Property Owners with Unmatched View
Neal was an incredible host—communicative, informative, and genuinely hospitable in all ways. This home was furnished with fishing and beach gear, appropriate kitchen items, light cleaning tools, and a sweet and sincere welcome gift. Beds were comfortable and the entire place was spotless. It was relaxing to take in the view any and all hours of the day and the proximity to great food, the beach, and a variety of tours was at our fingertips. Rainbows, monk seals and dolphins greeted us with our morning coffee, while stunning sunsets with comforting ocean waves lulled us to sleep. There is no better place to be, and no better host possible than wonderful, kind, considerate Neal Norris. We are already booked in the same unit for next year!

Everything is so close -- market, food trucks, beaches, distance swimming, and best snorkeling on Maui! Kids and I had a great time full of shave ice and sand and we can't wait to come back. This is an amazing property! It is a truly wonderful location, right at the water’s edge, 4th floor with beautiful views of beach, islands across the ocean, turtles swimming right below, the sound of the waves constantly lulling you, very clean and private, very nice pool and games room. Wow, we can not say enough about this condo! We stayed on our honeymoon and was blown away with how beautiful it was!! The beaches were perfect for either swimming or snorkeling, and the view from the Lana had the most stunning sunsets! We cooked most of our meals since there was a grocery store within walking distance but the days we didn’t want to cook, the food truck garden was SO COOL! The condo was clean and had everything you could ask for! Also Neal was quick and easy to get ahold of for any questions (and SO NICE!).

Another Great Stay at the Maui Kai!
We have stayed at the Maui Kai many, many times. It is our first choice of a place to stay on West Maui. We found this unit about 5 years ago and have stayed there exclusively. It is a 1-bedroom corner unit with perfect views of the ocean to the west and north. It is clean and very comfortable. Neal is a great guy and very gracious host. Have already booked for April 2024.

The Ocean at Your doorstep
Our corner lanai and large dining area window provided amazing views of the beach the ocean an the islands. The open air doors and windows provided the continuous sound of the waves and breezes. It wasn't necessary to go to the beach. You were already there. A wonderful celebration of 45 years of marriage!
