About this property

Lanesboro Irish Ridge Retreat

Newly renovated five bedroom, 3 bathroom located on a private farm site less than one mile from beautiful Lanesboro on paved county road 8. Wonderful for a romantic getaway for couples to family vacations, reunions, girls or craft weekends, or hunters, the 3,400 square feet of living space features an open concept, large great room/kitchen/dining area as well as a basement family room and a basement pool room.

**The nightly rate for this house is based on 6 occupants. There is an additional $30 charge per night per person up to 15 people. (12 in beds, 2 on air mattress and one on sofa). We price it this way so we can accommodate smaller groups. There is a $125 cleaning fee per stay, tax and Home Away fees also added.

Fully renovated in 2018, we are ready to welcome you! A large great room features:
-Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large island.
-Dining room area with table and seating for ten.
-Sitting area with four comfortable chairs perfect for beautiful morning views and casual conversation.
-Living area features a sectional sofa allowing guests to view the 55 inch smart tv or enjoy the beautiful gas fireplace.

Main Floor Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
-Master bedroom with a king size bed and master bathroom with tub shower
-Bedroom with king size bed
-Bedroom with queen size bed
-Bathroom with large shower

Second Level Rooms
-Bedroom with two bunk beds, with 4 twin beds
-Bedroom with queen bed
-Bathroom with shower.

Lower Level Rooms (Basement)
Great for rainy or winter days, barn-board sided basement is a comfortable living space but due to no egress windows, it is not able to be used as a sleeping area.
-Pool room features pool table, 43 inch smart tv, and pub table.
-Family room features 55 inch smart tv, futon, couch and table great for board games.

Some additional tables and chairs are available for large gatherings.

Perfect location on a beautiful property. Spacious house with many places to hang out, nice big kitchen island and easy access outside. Short drive into town where we rented tubes and floated down the river which I recommend doing.

Great home close to Lanesboro

This was such a comfortable home for our group of friends! We visit Lanesboro to ride on the bike trail each year. The location was great! The parking lot for the trail was less than a mile down the road. This updated home was perfect for us. Good living room, dining room, and kitchen area for gathering. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. Beautifully furnished. We loved it!

Clean and Spacious

Enjoyed a long weekend with family at the Irish Ridge Retreat. The house was extremely clean and had plenty of room for everyone to both sleep and congregate. The yard was expansive as well (although a bit buggy, so don't forget your insect repellant!). Appreciated that it was a quick trip to Lanesboro, which is an adorable town. We were lucky to be there during the fireworks for Buffalo Bill Days, which we could see perfectly from the house.
