This spacious tenth floor condo has spectacular views, sleeps 9 in beds, plus two sitting/lounging areas offering an absolute perfect property for your next Destin Vacation.

The Empress is a 44 unit gated community on Scenic Gulf Dr. overlooking the pristine waters of the the beautiful Emerald Coast. The floor plan features two balconies with views of both the Gulf of Mexico from the front and Stewart Lake and the Choctawhatchee Bay from the back.

Enjoy the views of the ocean from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and guest room. The kitchen features unique ceramic tile countertops and upgraded stainless appliances. You'll enjoy the surround sound and ROKU so you can easily access Netflix, Pandora, etc. during your stay.
**June-August rentals include 5 days of beach chair rentals (two chairs and umbrella).

The unit was also modified to be handicap accessible. (Please ask manager about any specific accessibility needs when booking).

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION

This place was all I could have ever asked for and more. The space was more than enough for two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and was breathtaking. The rooms were huge with each having a full bath. Having both a front and back balcony was so nice to accommodate our size group. The views were stunning. The entire property was quiet, well kept and calm. We were so lucky to have stayed here!

Loved it!!

Very roomy and comfortable. Had a few things that didn't work, ceiling fan, lights, etc, but it didn't affect our stay that much. Gorgeous views, close to everything. Not stocked with very many linens, especially towels. Got tired of doing laundry every day just to have clean towels. But overall, really enjoyed my stay and I am planning on booking this property again next year. By far, the nicest place I've ever got from VRBO. Thanks so much.
