Our condo is located behind our main house. It has one private bedroom with a very comfortable KING sized bed (read the reviews, it really is comfy!) a kitchen, living room with a comfy futon (that's comfy, too, we have a memory foam mattress in it), and a super clean bathroom with plenty of towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, wipes.
We pride ourselves in being great hosts and making your experience easy and comfortable and we will always have a few drinks in the refrigerator for you along with some snacks on the kitchen table, local coffee, cream, sugar, and teas in the cabinet.
You'll have your own private driveway and own entrance to the backyard with fire pit and relaxing two/level back yard deck with bar and grill.

You'll have the whole driveway to yourself and private access to the backyard if you wish to visit the back deck.
Keyless entry to your space makes it really easy for you to get here whenever you get here. No need to worry about coordinating keys. We will give you your unique code a day or two before your reservation via Airbnb messaging unless you would rather us text you.
***NOTE*** Cable TV/DVD player is not provided, rather, we provide an Apple TV which includes (but not limited to) some local news channels (CBS, NBC, ABC news) and you'll have access to complimentary Netflix, Hulu Plus, and HBO Now on the provided AppleTV as well.
Interaction with Guests:
We live in the main house that is on the same property and give our guests plenty of privacy. The condo is behind the main house and you have your own separate entrance.
We like to give our guests total privacy. You'll most likely see us in the backyard or on our front porch in the evenings - and if you do, you're more than welcome to join us, we love meeting our guests. We will never be knocking on your door or anything. If you need anything, just shoot us a text and we'll come to you :)
It's walking to distance (8-15 minutes depending on where you want to go) to all the hot spots in East Nashville, yet it's on a really quiet, safe, and private street.
9 miles from the Nashville International Airport (BNA) 15 minute drive.
You're a 5 min walk from a grocery store (Kroger)
8 min. walk away from 3 coffee shops: Barista Parlor, Ugly Mugs (my favorite!), and Portland Brew.
8 min. walk from amazing restaurants like Two Ten Jack, The Silly Goose, the vegetarian and vegan restaurant The Wild Cow, Eastland Cafe (amazing happy hour from 5:30p-7p), and Rosepepper (Great margaritas)
You're a 12-15 min. walk away from the famous 5 points area where all the best East Nashville bars are, festivals and fairs, movies on the grass, more restaurants, and shops.
Of course, you can uber anywhere in East Nashville for whatever the minimum Uber fare could ever be.

We all love Airbnb, however, Airbnb has not given hosts the feature to add tax to your booking (yet!).
***HOUSE RULES/AGREEMENT MADE UPON BOOKING***
A great deal of passion went into decorating our home so that it would be both beautiful to behold and beautiful to experience for ALL. We assume all of our guests will be respectful and excellent, but we still want to make sure you understand our rules and expectations so we're all on the same page. Please help us preserve our house for yours and others' future stays by accepting these rules before you book:
-There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house.
- Absolutely NO pets whatsoever allowed ON or IN the property. We and other guests have severe pet allergies and we want to keep this property pet free.
-Absolutely NO major parties. If you're looking to book our place to throw a party, we have exterior security cameras that would allow us to see if there is a party going on and how many guests are ACTUALLY staying at the house. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for (no more than 8).
-Decorations: Absolutely NO GLITTER. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls do to your decorations may result in being charged.
-Please leave the house in the condition you entered it in. THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS. The $120 fee is to cover the expense hiring our awesome cleaner, Meagan, to clean all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, and up-keeping the house. It does not include her cleaning up after any disrespectful messes left behind. Please follow easy check-out instructions we'll have provided you. If you follow those, you’ll be in good shape.
-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of deposit. We are reasonable people and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property.
-RESPECTING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Remember, you're not renting a hotel room, you're renting a house in a neighborhood where people live. We ask that you respect our neighborhood and neighbors by keeping your exterior noise level down at ALL times during the day. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit.
-Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing. (we had to fine a guest for this because my internet company flagged the illegal internet usage and fined me).
EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on day before or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.
The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.
