Sleeping 10 comfortably, the Waves offers a queen beds in both the primary and second bedroom and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds with 4 twins. There is also a queen sleep sofa for extra guests! This condo also boasts a fully stocked and spacious kitchen, perfect for dining in on your vacation. Located on the ocean side of 135th Street, you will be far enough away from the busy downtown crowds, but still walking distance to fine dining, family entertainment, movies, etc.

As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!

cleaning issues

Cleaners came at 315 pm and walked in unannounced. did a rush job missing many things. Hair in tub, dishes in dishwasher, sliding glass door filthy. counter tops dirty to name a few things. The tv situation is ridiculous, no cable. closet doors need repair and the programable thermostatis set at night so it cannot go below 73,TOO WARM!

Very pleasant stay, every family member was satisfied.

Very neat and clean with good kitchen amenities. Location fairly distant from beach and traffic noise somewhat loud, especially at night. Stay was overall very good, but the cost ($2,750) a bit overpriced.

Like a home away from home

Fantastic location a short walk from the beach. Large house with plenty of space for all my friends. The pool was really nice too!

Needs new beds

The pictures were accurate, but the beds were terrible. The primary bed had a HUGE dip in the middle of the mattress. The bed squeaked with every move. Woke up with an achy back every morning. The bunk beds were very squeaky, too. The slightest of move made enough noise to wake the rest of the teens in the room.
