Gone Coastal Perdido is a spacious, gorgeous 2 bedroom townhome in a gated community nestled between an Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Course and the Gulf of Mexico.

Once at the beach, you will have access to the Lost Key private beach club which has a full service restaurant, a full service bar, with television (so you don’t miss that big game). Enjoy lounge service, with chairs and umbrellas (for a fee or bring the setup we have in the unit), on the beach and access to the gulf-front pool where the view is spectacular. But the beach is only part of your wonderful get away…

Back at the townhome, you will enjoy an open floor plan that makes for great entertaining with family and friends. Enjoy numerous board games and DVDs. The unit sleeps 6 comfortably. Bedrooms have televisions and their own private bathrooms. For the young and the young at heart, play a foosball or cornhole tournament and see who’s the champ. Also included are bicycles and tennis/pickleball rackets for use during your stay. A propane gas grill is also available for the grill master. But there’s much more…

The Lost Key community is resort living. Any golfer’s in the family? On property is an Arnold Palmer designed Par 71 golf course with state of the art clubhouse including a full service golf shop, men’s and ladies locker rooms, and restaurant and bar.

Other amenities include tennis/pickleball courts, fully equipped fitness center, a 5 mile scenic walking or bike path, and community pool with lounge chairs and hot tub. Gone Coastal Perdido has everything to make your getaway a peaceful, relaxing and memorable occasion.

Costal getaway

Beautifully decorated and extremely clean condo! We loved the size, perfect for our family of four. The shuttle service to the beach club was very convenient and the drivers were really nice. The Zimmer’s were fantastic hosts, the condo was stocked with everything we needed and more! The games, bikes and beach supplies were such a convenient touch. Perdido Key was a great location, plenty of options without all the hustle and bustle of a bigger town.

We are beach lovers from the New Orleans, LA area and have dreamed of owning our own property by the beach. That dream has now come true and we are thrilled to share our beautiful home with like-minded beach-goers.
Janel is an IT Project Manager and Val owns his own grip and lighting company which services the film production industry. We have 4 children: 3 girls and 1 boy.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property due to it's proximity to the beach and all amenities offered within the Lost Key Golf and Beach Club community. The shuttle service addresses any concern about not being beach front. The beach club provides a resort-like amenity where a day can be spent at the beach, with beach service and food/drink/restrooms at my whim. The 2 pools provide a needed break from the sand at times, one being gulf front and the other within the neighborhood in a state of the art recreation facility. The walking/bike paths provide a safe, convenient way to get that run/walk in within a beautiful environment. The design of the community provided a different experience than the traditional "condo" on the beach and offers so many more activities to enhance a stay at the beach, no matter the duration.

What makes this property unique

The value of this property and all the amenities offered within the community far outweighed the value from a beach front condo, to us. The spaciousness and comfort of the home and it's furnishings provides a home-away-from-home vacation experience. The furnishings are light, bright, and functional and give a sense of peace and serenity that only being near the beach can provide.
