The Cottage is a one bedroom/bath cottage part of the Historic Lawrence and Amanda Beaver property .4 miles from downtown Helena. The property is surrounded by a 75 mile trail system that all funnel right to the property. WiFi and a Smart TV are provided as well as a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Its proximity to the breweries and downtown amenities makes this a walkable destination with a mountain feel.

I chose this house for its location and was not disappointed. I barely had to use my car at all. I was able to bike to the trailheads from the property but also walk into town. The house was quiet and the kitchen had everything I needed.

Very happy with this rental. Renovated historic building with plenty of old house quirks was very welcoming & homey. Great location for downtown Helena (easy walking distance for us), located close to trail heads for the west side of Mt. Helena trails. Quiet neighbors, lots of bird song in the morning. Brick house built into the hill stays cooler, a bonus in our books. We'd be happy to rent again.

Perfect location, walking downtown in minutes or walking trails in minutes.

We spent a month here with 2 dogs, fenced in yard was perfect for easy in & out, lots of walking. Downtown Helena is delightful, great restaurants &bakeries & beautiful nature trails.
