About the host
Hosted by John Tobin
Medically retired former pharmaceutical production manager and married to Janet. I've lived & worked in various parts of the world and returned to the place of my birth.
Why they chose this property
I inherited this property through my family from my grand-mother. It was in sad shape when I got it so I refurbished it and brought it back to life again
What makes this property unique
The key objective for refurbishment of this property was to restore it to practical use without changing the footprint or intrinsic character of the building in any way. The architecture of these rural dwellings is typical of a historic period in Ireland. Sadly, not many remain in their original form today.
