Tämä on kaunis huoneisto laadukkaassa rakennuksessa: valtavat ikkunat, joista on upeat näkymät, parketit,
graniitti työtasot ja ruostumattomat laitteet, kaasutakka, upea kansi Yampa-joelle päin ja
Howelsen Hill, ja oma lämmitetty autotalli.
Se on sisustettu kauniisti mukavilla nahkasohvilla ja -tuoleilla sekä laadukkaalla vuoteella. Ainutlaatuinen taide on
näkyy koko. Kaikille löytyy viihtyisä heitto ja tyyny, ja paljon paikkoja käpertyä
kirja. Tai pelaa yhtä monista tarjolla olevista peleistä.
Master-sviitissä on king-vuode, toisessa sviitissä on parivuode kerrossänky, ja siellä on
mukava queen-kokoinen taitettava sohva olohuoneessa.
Paikkaa ei voi lyödä. Nauti kaikesta, mitä Downtown Steamboat tarjoaa. Se on helppo kävelymatka
kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Kävele alakerrassa nauttiaksesi kylpyläpäivästä, tai pysähdy urheilukaupan vieressä ja vuokraa
päivän varusteet. Kävele puoli korttelia ja saa ilmainen bussi Steamboat-hiihtoalueelle. Tuntuu kuin rajat
maastohiihtoa tänään vai pääset muutamalle nopealle laskettelurinteelle? Ylitä vain joki läheisen jalankulkijan varrella

Lovely Condo

My husband and two teens, along with our 2 golden-doodles stayed here over an April weekend. The layout is perfect for a family. It is very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens. We enjoyed the deck, which overlooks the river!

Excellent location

Very clean and accommodating location close walking distance to all restaurants and shops downtown. Easy to access ski slopes with a short, straightforward drive. Lovely to hear the river in the backdrop and beautiful unobstructed views of the hills behind the building. Host was absolutely phenomenal with helpful, responsive answers whenever needed. A gem!

Beautiful Condo in Downtown Steamboat!

What a great location! We've now stayed there twice for hockey trips and great location in downtown Steamboat. Walking distance to good restaurants and bars and very close to hockey rink as well which is super convenient. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this condo for any Steamboat vacation!

Great stay

Very clear instructions and super clean space. It’s very peaceful and has nice amenities which feel like things you would actually buy for yourself instead of just random stuff for a rental. The location is prime and the host was very helpful. I would recommend this listing and would stay again.

Favorite condo in Steamboat

This was our second (maybe third?) stay in this condo, and it’s still our favorite. We love the location in town, parking, view of the Yampa and Howelson Hill in the back, and convenient bus stop to the mountain a block away. The set up is great for a family, and you’ll have everything you need for a great trip!

Perfect location downtown but quiet enough

Fantastic stay

Fantastic condo in a quiet part of old town. Walkable to everything including great restaurants, shopping, the library, Little Toots park and Howelson Hill. 1 block off main and free bus. Plenty of room and nice deck overlooking the Yampa river. Great communication and well stocked condo. Will definitely return!

Wonderful luxury condo in a perfect location!

My wife and I stayed three nights, our first visit to Steamboat Springs. We should have stayed at least a week. The condo itself is just as advertised…. comfortable, clean, quiet and perfectly appointed. The location is also perfect, with the entire town within easy walking distance. Kelly was a great host, answering all of our questions and recommending a few of her favorite hikes. All in all, a wonderful stay at a fantastic property. We will be back!

Great Downtown Steamboat Spot

This is such a great condo in downtown Steamboat. The location is terrific, with the bus stop to the mountain at the corner, stores and restaurants along Lincoln and Yampa in easy walking distance, and the Yampa River out the back patio. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the washer/dryer appear pretty new, and the beds are comfy. Looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful Condo and Area

We could not have been happier with the area and the condo. It is within walking distance of many nice restaurants and shops. There is a free shuttle that comes every 15 mins or so, one block from the condo. Super easy to use. Also, the best book shop and coffee shop one block over - Off The Beaten Path. We hope to be back, soon.

3 day visit

We visit Steamboat Springs 2 or 3 times a year. Usually stay in a hotel, first time in a condo. The convenient location to all of the downtown and mountain venues can't be beat. Parked the car in the garage and walked or took the free bus everywhere. Just need to add a hair dryer to the supplied provisions and Little Pony has everything you could want.

Absolutely lovely

Such a fantastic dog-friendly condo in the perfect location and exactly as described! With the Yampa right across the street you can relax and enjoy exploring the many hot springs and the parks on the quiet (but not boring!) end. The location is ideal to walk to almost everything, including downtown Steamboat and all the great restaurants that Kelly recommended, as well as all of the great downtown shops, and the farmers market (check it out!). Everything else is close by, so you don't have to drive far to experience the rest of Steamboat, including Fish Creek Falls (go early!). Highly recommended!

PERFECT!

This unit is located within walking distance ( less than a block) of everything in downtown Steamboat Springs. That means good shopping and more great restaurants and trendy bars than you can possibly frequent. The unit is exactly as depicted, with everything you need for a stay. Communication with the owner/manager was very easy and timely. We do not hesitate to recommend this rental.

Everything you need

My husband and I and our adult son and gf stayed at Little Pony for a 3 night Steamboat ski trip. We wanted to be downtown near restaurants and bus to the hill. This location was perfect. At end of strip, bus stop nearby and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Each room had it's own bathroom. The condo is very roomy and well equipped with everything you need. Private parking spot in private garage. The host was completely reachable with any questions. Would 110% recommend and would stay again. Really lacking nothing.

Steamboat ski trip

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kiddos ages 11 to 6) had an outstanding trip w/ this condo as our base of operations for a week of skiing. Location is awesome. Walkable to the free mountain shuttle and numerous eateries - Mountain Tap brewery, creek side cafe, and powder day doughnuts to name check a few. If the shuttle isn’t your thing it’s only a 7 minute drive to either of steamboat’s free parking lots. Condo has all the amenities you’ll need - parking, laundry, full kitchen, a small patio w/ views of the Yampa - plus enough space to get a little quiet time as needed. The host is responsive and affable. Really a great find. We’ll hope to be back next season.

gorgeous condo and perfect location

My husband, teenage daughter, dog, and I stayed at the Little Pony for 2 nights in early May. The condo is gorgeous, spotless, and extremely well-stocked. We loved how we could hear the river when the windows were open, and there is a lovely, close-up view of the river also! The location makes everything in town walkable, which we really enjoyed; and the main, paved biking/walking trail in Steamboat is right out the door. It was also a pleasant surprise that our higher profile vehicle still easily fit into the garage. Kathy is an excellent and friendly communicator and has thought of everything for her guests - great restaurant and activity suggestions; clear and detailed instructions about everything related to the condo, etc. We highly recommend the Little Pony!

Downtown Dream

Loved our family ski getaway! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Loved being downtown located near great shopping and restaurants. We cooked most nights and appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils, plus all the spices left from previous visitors. We had some insignificant things pop up right at the beginning of our stay and the Kelly was quick to respond and so pleasant to work with. We rode the free city bus to and from the mountain. Pickup and drop off was 1/2 block from our doorstep. Loved the heated garage for our car. If you have an oversized vehicle, parking in the garage might not be an option but our GMC Acadia fit perfectly. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking.

Great condo

This is a great condo with an outstanding location. We loved being in town and so close to the river. Being a few blocks from the main part of town gives you peace and quiet but only minutes from whatever you might want. The place is awesome!

I was born and raised in Southern California and attended college at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I followed my husband to Colorado for a job in 2007 and fell in love with the Rocky Mountains. My first trip to Little Pony was in 2015 as a traveler. I was on a month long camping trip with my 2 kids and my Bernese Mountain Dog. I decided I needed a break from the tent and wanted a place to wash up and recharge while in Steamboat. I fell in love with Little Pony, the Yampa River, Steamboat Springs, Laundry, Fuzziwig's, Old Town Hot Springs and Howelsen Hill. On checkout, I asked the wonderful host to let me know if she would ever consider selling it. I got the call four years later in 2019 and didn't hesitate. I am so grateful and blessed and proud to be the owner of Little Pony now.

I am an avid skier, but at the time I bought Little Pony, I had never skied in Steamboat Springs, nor been there in the winter. I have since fixed that and now fully appreciate and understand the draw of Steamboat's famous champagne powder.

I have also tried just about every restaurant in downtown and on Mt Werner. I continue to strive to try them all - it is a wonderfully enjoyable pursuit.

My new favorite things to do in Steamboat are attending concerts at the Strings Music Festival, visiting the friendly, state of the art library next door to Little Pony, and horseback riding on Howelsen Hill.

It is my dream to live full time at Little Pony. Until then, I love sharing the magic of my special place with travelers.

I love being downtown and walking distance from everything, but also having amazing access and views of the Yampa River and the ski resort with the free city bus. It's so easy - I rarely drive my car at all. I also love the proximity to the library, which has great collections and programs. It's a wonderful place to spend a few hours.

Colorado has many wonderful mountain towns, but many of those that have great skiing also have a distinct resort/tourist feel to them. Steamboat is unique in that there is a strong community, good schools and a real people living and working here. I like that it was a thriving town long before it was a ski resort. There is such a great vibe in Steamboat - seems like the happiest place on earth. Everyone appreciates their good fortune in being there. There is a saying in Steamboat that people come for the winter, but stay for the summers.
