Experience Atlanta during the FIFA World Cup 2026™ from a centrally located, fully furnished studio designed for comfort and convenience. Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments are located one block off Peachtree Street between Midtown and Buckhead, offering easy access to Mercedes-Benz Stadium via MARTA. Skip the traffic and enjoy a smooth matchday experience.

Each Cool Classic Studio includes a fully equipped kitchen, premium bedding, fast WiFi, and a large Roku HDTV for streaming matches. Weekly cleaning with fresh linens, utilities, and one free parking space are included. Strong A/C and blackout curtains ensure a comfortable stay during Atlanta's summer heat.

With restaurants, nightlife, and attractions nearby, this is an ideal home base for soccer fans visiting Atlanta.

FAQs and Important Stuff

Pets
We love four-legged guests! We can host up to 2 small-to-medium pets per unit. To get started, let us know your pet's breed, weight, and age at least 3 days before arrival via the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement. Please note that Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted.

Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Clawed cats are not permitted due to furniture damage. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.

Pet fees are not included in your original booking price and are added after approval. Stays under 45 days are charged a one-time $35 fee. Stays of 45 days or more are charged $35 per month.

During your stay, please keep your pet from disturbing neighbors. If a scheduled cleaning is taking place, pets must be secured or removed from the unit for the duration. If an accident occurs, please notify us right away so we can help. Guests are responsible for all damage, soiling, or excessive hair left by their pet(s).

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Great little place for a short stay

Conveniently located, nice neighborhood, quiet area. The studio is adorable, everything I needed for a weeks stay for work was here. Even the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was nice. Decent pricing for a great location, very clean, equipped, comfortable apt. The only bad was the AC was pretty noisy and the door required some effort to get safely closed from the outside. Team BCA Response: We appreciate your feedback, and are glad we were able to host you here in Atlanta. Thank you for letting us know about the AC unit. We are currently under review to have the buildings remodeled, but with inflation, the time frame has been postponed. The condition of the AC units is a top priority in resolving the noisy disturbance. Hopefully, when you return, you will see an upgraded unit with new AC units.

Poor stay

The studio was very clean and check n was seamless. Unfortunately the air conditioner was so loud when it turned on( which was about every 5 minutes) it drowned out the Tv and disrupted sleep. The bed was very soft and lumpy. I would stay again Team BCA Response: We are sorry to hear that the air conditioner and bed prevented you from enjoying your time with us. We understand that in the studio apartments all the appliance noises can be overwhelming for some of our guests. Our 1-bedroom condos down the street provide more space from the appliances and use central heat and air providing a quieter experience. For someone who requires more silence at night, I would recommend those over the studios. Also, we recently replaced the mattresses at that property.

The location is hard to beat, in the middle of everything and easy to get anywhere. For that, the price is really good. The building is old but the place is very clean and it has everything you need while away from home. Definitely will be back or recommend to others. great price for great location, in safe neighborhood with walkability as well as easy access to personal vehicle, if desired/ needed. Not only are nightly rates at least $30+ lower in comparison to other nearby hotels, free parking for 2 vehicles is included!!! in the city you cant beat that since competing hotels tend to have pricey valet or a full parking deck, leaving you still paying for any nearby offsite parking. easy to contact managers/ host if needed, as well as being virtually hospitable and attentive throughout your stay. Super cute and cozy! I really enjoyed it and just cant get over how great of deal your getting without losing quality

Although check in was easy and neighborhood was great, our stay was marred by a terribly loud air conditioner that went on about every 5 minutes and drowned out the TV and made sleeping very poor. The mattress was also very old and lumpy.

Needed a room for a wedding at the last minute. The room was clean and included a small kitchen. Perfect for a cheap stay on a weekend business trip. Virtual check-in was seamless. One note: You will want a car (not unusual for Atlanta), the room is in an isolated area.

Hidden gem

This property is a gem! It was convient, and super comfortable , and close to all of the places we wanted to go to. The bed felt like sleeping in my own bed at home. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone going to Atlanta. It's much better than a hotel, with a fully stocked kitchen as far as pots and pans, and was so easy to stay in, unlike other places I have stayed at! Clean, comfortable,and convenient this place gets a perfect 10 from me!

Great spot

My partner and I were between homes due to toxic mold in our rental. The guys at BCA were so kind and responsive. Also a great place to stay if you want to cook! We pretty much had everything that we needed be it pots, pans, cutting board, knives, etc. They really thought of everything!! I've also never stayed in a suite with so much storage. The setup was fantastic. The kitties loved their great big window. Location was perfect, right on the edge of a lovely neighborhood. My partner and I went for several walks! Thanks for everything, I would recommend you guys to anyone.

Worth it.

Bed was great. Area was safe and had easy access to nearby good breakfast and Starbucks. Shower had good water pressure and maintained heat. Wifi was strong. What more does a traveler need? I even did my laundry there. Would absolutely stay again.
