Este acogedor Cottonwood Condominium, ubicado en la esquina de la planta baja, se encuentra en la propiedad de Sun Valley Resort. La sala de estar tiene chimenea de gas, televisor de pantalla plana de 36 pulgadas y acceso a una terraza muy grande que da a un hermoso estanque. La cocina está totalmente equipada y hay una mesa de comedor para 4 personas. El dormitorio tiene una cama tamaño king y acceso al baño de tamaño completo con lavamanos individual y combinación de bañera / ducha. El condominio ofrece lavadora / secadora apiladas y acceso a la piscina comunitaria de Sun Valley, jacuzzi, tenis y golf.
Características complejas: Los condominios de Cottonwood se encuentran en Dollar Road y el Sun Valley Pavilion y las comodidades de Sun Valley están a poca distancia a pie o en bicicleta por los senderos pavimentados. Dollar Mountain está cerca y Baldy está a solo un rápido viaje en el servicio de transporte gratuito. Great location in Sun Valley. Perfect for the two of us. The deck was especially nice to enjoy coffee in the morning and read in the afternoon!

Occupied the condo for several days. Comfortable, nicely appointed and a good location. Only issue was the construction in front of the office. Though for quick key return one can get down to Gem Street, then go around through the construction if you are heading to boise or Hailey.

What a wonderful stay.... Convenient check-in and check-out. Location Location Location!! Great spot to be in as its close to the resort/pools/restaurants. Rent a bike and head downtown. Definitely a place we will return!!!

My partner and I stayed for 5 days and it was clean & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and it was a quick walk to the Sun Valley Village and pools.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an overall great weekend. However the bed and pillows are horrible. We were also disappointed with how dirty the patio was. Adding some nice chairs in the patio would be a good suggestion as well.

Could use a refresh per another reviewer

We found the location to be perfect for our visit and really enjoyed the fireplace during the -4 degrees weather. However per another reviewer we found the condo to need a little bit of a refresh. Nothing too serious and the cost was excellent based on location.

Perfect Sun Valley Condo

We found this condo to be perfect for us! It had plenty of space and everything you could need for a visit to Sun Valley. The location was awesome… Super close to Dollar Mountain and very close to Baldy. We also really enjoyed getting to use the pool at the resort. I’ll definitely book here again!

Clean, well equipped, nice grounds, cute deck to sit on by little brook. No a/c but kept cool enough. Easy walk to Sun Valley resort for restaurants, pool and hiking. Not large, but perfect for two.

Lovely, clean and convenient

A pretty well equipped one-bed, one-bath condo on ground level. That means someone is above you...that's the only downside.

Cute Condo

I've stayed at this condo 3 times. I love the location and that it is clean and comfortable to stay there. I love sitting on the nice patio to read and I appreciate the king size bed. I appreciate that there is a way to watch live tv. Some of the other condos I've stayed in just have streaming, so I would have missed watching the U.S. open tennis tournament if I hadn't been at this condo. Thank you to the owners!

Older buildings but quite adequate

The only negatives to the condo were: - tub needed a rubber mat to avoid slipping and falling -bathroom sink drained really sloooooow -could use new thermostats throughout; hard to adjust current ones Overall the condo was fine.

Not what it looks like

Bed was terrible and very old and used. Rotated the mattress. It did not help. Old building 1970's old bathroom looked like paint was covering mold. Nice deck outside! Completely unusable as snow covered it completely. I cleared the snow from the patio as this was blocked and was an EMERGENCY exit.
