Everything was wonderful. The place was perfect as was the location. close to town, bike path and river. We were there for two weeks the end of September into the October. We hit the fall colors at the right. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and we loved the outside patio with fountain. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is perfect. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Great location in between Hailey and Ketchum. We enjoyed the beautiful yard, fire pit and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again!

Sun Valley Getaway

We enjoyed a wonderful 50th anniversary getaway at The Boot. It was sparkling clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated! The neighborhood was quiet and the large water fountain out by the deck sounded so peaceful. Communication with Kim was so easy making our whole stay just perfect!

This is a good area for access to everything Sun Valley has to offer. The property works very well. Bottom line, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location and best equipped house

The house was beautiful and in a perfect location for skiing at both Baldy and Dollar. This was also the best equipped vacation rental we’ve ever had. Every little detail was thought of in advance, down to the stick of butter in the fridge (don’t you hate having to buy that stuff for a ahort trip?). They had everything you could need and more.

Lovely house for our family of three

The house is clean and well kept. We especially loved the close proximity to Bald Mountain and the large back yard where we made snow forts with our son. The hot tub was clean and most enjoyable. It was a great house, very cozy and comfortable. Oh, and the beds were very comfy too! Loved our stay!

Super charming. Great for families.

Charming home with the perfect Sun Valley vibe and decor you'd hope your vacation memories would be filled with. Clean, well cared for, well supplied, and very private. Hot tub and fire place were amazing to come home to after days on the mountain. Minutes away from town, restaurants, and both ski mountains. Couldn't be a more perfect location. We brought our family (parents 2 tweens) which was perfect. The kids loved making waffles with the waffle machine each morning.

Beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The fountain was a nice touch in the yard, we enjoyed early mornings there. Even though we were close to the highway we felt very secluded there. The house was very clean, and met all our needs. The welcoming gift was so thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Kim was extremely accommodating and we felt right at home. We stayed here for our wedding at Trail Creek and Kim went above and beyond to make this process smooth and so enjoyable. We rented both of her properties for a week and had the best time. We are forever grateful for the impact Kim made during this special time in our lives!

Awesome Stay in Sun Valley

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kim & Bob’s beautiful mountain retreat. Every convenience we could have asked for was provided and the location was superb to explore the entire valley and beyond. We took advantage of the bikes provided and it was so nice to be so close to Sun Valley’s amazing network of bike trails. A perfect set-up for two couples.

Perfect tranquility

This home couldn’t have been better. The design and decor were beautiful. It was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well stocked even with a perfect blender for smoothies. Even though the highway was close by the landscape made us feel like we were hidden in a wooded setting. We will definitely use this home again.

Fantastic cabin!

Spotless, perfect location close to the slopes (1mi drive) & also super close to cross country on the river trail. Had everything we needed for a great weekend away. Beds are super comfy and let us get some much needed rest. Excellent communication. Would love to stay here again & highly recommend!

Splendor in Sun Valley.

The hosts were wonderful and very communicative. We’ve never had such wonderful hosts before. The property is beautiful and in a lovely, central location to everything. The home was beautifully appointed. They had some lovely treats for us when we arrived. The pillows were heavenly. All over perfection. We will stay here again in the future.

Perfect Christmas Getaway with Exceptional Hospitality

This was the second year in a row that we stayed at this particular property for Christmas, and we absolutely love it. The house is spacious for just my husband and me, but the thoughtful amenities, its proximity to the Wood River Trail and ski hills, and the peaceful atmosphere make it the perfect winter getaway. Although it’s close to the main road, the property is very quiet, and we’ve never had any neighbors in the time we’ve stayed here, which adds to the sense of seclusion and relaxation.One of the highlights we looked forward to was the hot tub, which we remembered being amazing after skiing last year. However, when we used it for the first time this trip, we realized something wasn’t quite right. I messaged the property owner, Kim, to let her know it might need maintenance, but I made it clear that I wasn’t expecting her to fix it immediately, especially so close to Christmas. To my surprise, Kim called and said she’d stop by in a couple of hours to take care of it, going above and beyond what we expected.While we were out to dinner, Kim came by, fixed the hot tub, and even sent us photos showing it back up and running. We were so appreciative of the time and care she put into making sure everything was perfect for us. When we got back, we hopped right into the hot tub, and it was just as amazing as we remembered—if not better!Kim’s attention to detail, from this level of service to the snacks and thoughtful amenities provided, truly made our trip unforgettable.
